Super slow together the food . Ordered the beef soup and it took 45 minutes to get the soup. It was ok. It was missing the udon I paid extra for but I didnt want to wait another 30 minutes for them to fix it.

it is terrible experience here. Since I got takeout, I can’t comment on the dine-in service. But the food was terrible，small portions and extremely poor taste. Sorry, but I can responsibly say the flavor was at a complete disappointment level. I can understand and accept Chinese food being adapted to suit American tastes, but what this place serves is absolutely not Chinese food.

I dined at Tasty Pot with my nephew around 6:10 PM, on a Sunday arriving before two larger parties of four and five. While the food was undeniably delicious—well-prepared and flavorful—the service was a major letdown. After being seated, we waited nearly an hour for our order, only to be served after the two larger parties who arrived later. To make matters worse, my nephew’s dish arrived about 30 minutes after mine, which was frustrating and disrupted our meal. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the lack of attention to our table was noticeable. I hope they can improve their service speed and coordination, as the food deserves better execution in the front of house.

August 3 2025. Wasn't sure what to expect and love to try new restaurants. I have reviewed hundreds of restaurants and this place is in my top 10. The beef bowl with a medium heat was outstanding. Place was clean but the table next to us was never cleaned and our drinks were never filled. The restaurant was 1/4 full and the wait staff was busy but just lacked in our area. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to all.

I have to go to the ER after eating here last Tuesday. I told the waiter to take out the shell from my order because I m allergic to shellfish, but my surprise, they didn't. How did I notice? I started having problems breathing, and when I moved around my food, a shell appeared.
