Two stars because my partner had a good dining experience. I did not. I did not have broccoli in my hotpot despite that being ordered and charged for on the ticket. My hotpot arrived cold and uncooked. There also wasn't much flavor and I'm not sure if this is because the vegetarian broth is intentionally flavorless. I won't be back.

Must try!!!! We absolutely loved it! The food and the atmosphere was awesome. &&&&&!!! My kiddos absolutely loved the robot that served our drinks and appetizers. ♥️ It's most definitely a must .

First time showing up came with my family since I had a coupon expiring, they said they were having issues and were closed for the rest of the night, so it’s understandable didn’t get upset, but I decide to go today since today is my only day before work I can go in and eat, and I was told they’re under staffed and would be a 40 minute wait. Normally it would’ve been fine but I’ve got 2 hours before work and 40 minutes of wait will greatly delay me and possibly get late to work. So now I don’t get to use my coupon or try the food. Company should do better on having a better environment set in place for workers, not fair to the customer or employee

We really wanted to like this place took way too long to serve. We had two soups and it took 1.5hours. We were offered a $3 discount but for two soaps at $25 each that was ridiculous. And the discount was because they didn’t serve us the correct side. It wasn’t busy in store my only guess is they prioritized online orders or the server took too long to put in our order.

You guys are amazing. My friend had the bulgogi beef and I has the Sriracha chicken. We shared a veggie pot because the table next to us had a hot pot that looked a-mazing, that we had to get one too. This place should have 10 stars if it were possible. I will definitely be back and will take pics to post.

We just celebrated my daughter’s birthday here with a group of 11. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place truly impressed me. The customer service was amazing—everyone was attentive and accommodating, and they handled our large group so well. I’ve honestly never been served like that before. Everything was explained in great detail, which made the experience even better. The prices are very fair, around $20–$30 per hot pot, and the portions are very generous. The flavors were incredible. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be back!

I loved the delicacy of the food each bite was such a delightful taste sensation and the nice cold beverages and boba tea were such a great combo to balance out the meal honestly some of the best food in town but the service if I’m being honest wasn’t the best the waitress is always bringing in my food late every single time which kind of ruins the experience allot for me but the food is always worth it and the atmosphere we can’t forget about the atmosphere it is such a delicate place love the eastern energy and the dragons from the ceiling the floors and tables are clean and nice with an irendecent glow I really love this place and I’m definitely gonna come here often👍👍👍

My wife and I eent here when there marketing gave us a 15 buck coupon. We were greeted, and asked if we had any food allergies I thought this was cool because my wife does, especially tomatoes. Once seated the staff was very friendly especially going over the menu options. We opted for the entrees over the hot pots because we went really sure what we wanted. I had the beef sizzle, my wife had Honey Sriracha Chicken, we had Edamame also. The good was great and a lot, prices are good, service and staff were great. We also loved the delivery robot.
We will definitely be back for the hot pots

So glad to find my comfort food in ABQ! The udon noodle, just the noodle itself is so good! It tastes like handmade! Wish I could find something similar to it in my local store. The Atmosphere is quiet and calming.
