September 10th 2025 2:30 I went in there and they were very rude service was horrible in the drink wasn't so good.
When I walked in the entire place was dark. It almost looked closed. All the arcade games were turned off and it just felt kind of cold. The drink was okay. The boba tasted a little bit older so that was a little disappointing but the actual drink was good.
Went at 6:02pm today and the doors were already locked .
Best place for first dates in my opinion. Here is why this is true: Ice cream rather than I scream. (binsu) Boba tea while you talk over the tea. (Tea) arcade machine (for deus) and a staff that knows you by name if you are a regular.
Freindly, knowledgeable staff without a long wait. They replaced my mom's broken speaker on her hearing aids quickly.
Fist time visiting here and it was lovely. I ordered the sea salt jasmine drink and it's delicious. I definitely recommend. The drink was out super fast and staff were kind. Will definitely visit again to try more things.

I have gotten really great service from this place and the Vietnamese coffee was perfect. It's been quiet and clean, that's perfect for me..
The only place to get delicious and authentic Korean Shaved Ice in New Mexico. Absolutely awesome place to visit and I go anytime in ABQ.

Slow. When I got my drink, the ice was almost melted. It's like I'm drinking watered-down milk.

We just got to this place an hour before closing and the doors are locked! Very disappointing!
My friend invited us here, they have the best shave ice ever I've tasted! They used real fruit and most of all not too sweet, for those who have sugar issue this is the place and no artificial flavor. The owner and his assistant were really nice!

A deeply average experience. Oddly hot in there? The music was loud and off-putting. Staff were sullen. Had iced black tea with boba and it was very meh. Likely won’t be back

We came in to order bingsu at 7:45 and they stated that they turned off the machine at 7:30. The store closes at 8pm. It was a waste of time going there.
