I have gotten really great service from this place and the Vietnamese coffee was perfect. It's been quiet and clean, that's perfect for me..
The only place to get delicious and authentic Korean Shaved Ice in New Mexico. Absolutely awesome place to visit and I go anytime in ABQ.

Slow. When I got my drink, the ice was almost melted. It's like I'm drinking watered-down milk.

We just got to this place an hour before closing and the doors are locked! Very disappointing!
My friend invited us here, they have the best shave ice ever I've tasted! They used real fruit and most of all not too sweet, for those who have sugar issue this is the place and no artificial flavor. The owner and his assistant were really nice!

A deeply average experience. Oddly hot in there? The music was loud and off-putting. Staff were sullen. Had iced black tea with boba and it was very meh. Likely won’t be back

We came in to order bingsu at 7:45 and they stated that they turned off the machine at 7:30. The store closes at 8pm. It was a waste of time going there.

I'm from out of town. My friend had really been excited to show me this place. Walked in asked the young lady working how her day was, seemed like I was annoying her. I told her it was my first time. It was met w silence and a blank stare. Can't say anything about the product because it didn't seem like she felt like serving anything so I didn't bother buying anything.

Loved the bingsu, Korean shaved cream. We ordered the Taro cream topped with toasted coconut and red bean paste. It was fantastic. I want to try the Mango cream with strawberries next, but it would be hard to not reorder this one.

I've been coming here for years now they have my favorite drink which is a Oreo chocolate milk tea and taste amazing! I always get double black boboa with it too. It's amazing to see how over the years they have been able to upgrade there interior and recently have even expanded there menu options to!

I’ve been to this place before and it was the best place to hangout. The bingsu’s were my favorite thing to order. Recently, the change in workers made this place a lot less welcoming. Specifically this person with curly brown-redish hair. We came in and they just stared at me and my friends. They didn’t have great costumer service skills (as someone that also works in the food service industry ). We had someone order in front of us and after they finished taking the person’s order, they left and started making the order and ignored us for about 10 minutes while they made the order. I’d totally be fine with waiting while they made the order, but there was zero communication. When they finally got to us, they barely spoke and after ordering, they just turned the iPad around for tip without a single word and walked away. Then after that incredibly awkward interaction, they really took their time with our orders and everyone else’s orders. There were only 3 orders they had to take care of, including ours. Then there was a couple that came in after us. The couple got their order made then the guy had a question and it took them another 10 minutes to come out from the back just to interact with another costumer. We then left feeling like we were bugging them by simply coming in. I’m Super upset this place doesn’t have the same vibe it used to have. I won’t be coming back any time soon.

Low quality milk tea but excited to try the bingsu after being disappointed twice by the milk teas.
I ordered a Vietnamese coffee and I could barely taste anything as if it was just water. The tapioca boba was undercooked and my drink left a weird aftertaste I can’t seem to shake off. I just couldn’t bring myself to continue drinking it, but their service was excellent.Possibly just a bad day, so I’ll come back another day to try their bingsu instead.

They don't have blended boba tea's (smoothie consistency) but they have a variety of ice cube bobas's. They do have tasty bingsu. It's a milk based shaved ice, that taste like shaved ice cream. It was very good and different. I only wish they had more variety. The place is a little out of the way of main shopping areas, but it is definitely worth the trip.
