Our food, drinks, and service were all top tier! Nick was our waiter and did fantastic! Best meal we've had in a while
Food was delicious! Service was very professional and good! Bar service was a little slow but the Ten 3 margaritas were Awesome!. Food a bit pricey but we are on top of a mountain with amazing views. Will definitely return for another special occasion!
We celebrated our anniversary at Ten 3 and had an incredible experience. The views are stunning, but the service is what really stood out—attentive, professional, and perfectly paced. Every dish was beautifully prepared and delicious. A handwritten anniversary card at our table was a thoughtful touch that made the night feel truly special. Highly recommend for a special occasion.
We booked a last-minute reservation the night before for my wife's birthday, and from the moment we arrived, the experience felt special. The tram ride up sets the tone for something extraordinary, and the restaurant delivered on atmosphere—breathtaking scenery, elegant ambiance, and a genuinely warm and fun waitress who had our kids laughing and kept the energy light. My wife was smiling the whole time, even knowing the bill would be steep (which it was!). The meal started strong: the Greek bread with its delicious dipping sauce was a highlight, and the light salad that followed had bright, fresh flavors that impressed everyone. We were genuinely excited for the main event. Then came the $98 prime rib, ordered medium. The server carved it tableside, which added to the anticipation—it looked gorgeous. Unfortunately, it was the coldest piece of meat I've ever encountered in a fine-dining setting. It tasted like it had been pre-cooked (possibly sous-vide) and then not properly finished or held warm. The texture was tough and hard to eat, far from the tender, juicy prime rib we expected at this price point. I've cooked better steaks on a $90 backyard grill, and for three times that cost, it was a major letdown. I'm not one to send food back at an upscale place, especially on a special occasion, so we powered through. The rest of the evening was lovely in terms of service and views, but the prime rib was the centerpiece that didn't deliver. We won't be returning to TEN 3—next time, we'd rather grab a solid burger and fries at a more casual spot. The location and vibe are unbeatable, but the food execution needs work to match the premium experience they're charging for.
Birthday celebration was a success. Loved taking the tram to get to Ten3. Cozy and unpretentious for an upscale and elevated dining experience. The menu wasn't overwhelming with choices. Loved the heavy handed bartender. And the dessert menu....simply amazing. Nick absolutely delivered on service, ask for him. When in Albuquerque, Ten3 is a must.
There's no better way to ring in the new year or to take someone special out for the evening.
The dining experience at Ten 3 is phenomenal. Davin was an excellent server and made our dining reservations very memorable! Thank You.
We had a lovely time. Our dinning experience was excellent. Great views with amazing dishes.

The food is pretty good but expensive as hell, but that's alright. The view is amazing. Good staff, clean bathrooms, I'd go back but only for a special occasion.

I ordered a take out hot chocolate which is the most horrible hot chocolate I’ve ever had, tasted like dirty water. The service was pretty mediocre

Restaurantji Recommends
My steak was well seasoned but unevenly cooked. The broccolini was barely cooked but the mashed potatoes and the asparagus were pretty good. The host was very pleasant however there's a few things they could go over in a staff meeting with a couple of waitresses. I don't recommend going here as a group but I do recommend paying attention to the prices on the menu. Like alot of restaurants they add the gratuity to your bill. The atmosphere was great because of the people I was there with and the conversations.

I would give this place zero stars if I could! The staff was extremely rude, apathetic and inconsiderate. My 4 kids under 5 years of age were constantly yelled at to not stand or sit anywhere while we were waiting for our to-go drinks. Extremely inconsiderate and mean. Horrible- ruined our Christmas Day experience.
What a view

The whole experience was way more than I could have asked for. It wasn't just a nice time. Our server was helpful way beyond any expectation. If you're visiting Albuquerque, you'd be crazy to not have at least one meal at Ten3. It's beautiful. Ask for Tommy.
