Teriyaki Chicken Bowl

The prices are insane. The customer service is very poor at this location. Dine-in area has been closed since covid, even though that is over and done with. Not opening the dining area at this point is just pure laziness at this point in time. Which also indicates why the employees are so rude. I won't be giving them my business any longer. I don't recommend this establishment.

Service is so horrible food was undercooked I will never eat there ever again and didn't give me a sauce when I paid for an extra one and my order wasn't even right some nasty red chicken sauce on there never again

Great food, always good. However prepare for a test of patience if you go through the drive thru. Not once, not twice, but many times ive been in a rush and just use the drive-thru, the man who takes the orders and works the windows is always drunk, always. He stumbles over his words and reeks of cheap vodka. He gets orders wrong and repeats himself, or is texting or standing there literally eyes closed. "Haha sorry dude, oh shit my bad haha" or "sorry haha whatd you order again?" Or the best "haha sorry dude im too stoned" as if thats better? I havent been in awhile so idk if hes still there but ive seen him drive off drunk as hell before and thats gotta be bad for business. Idk good food, annoying worker.

Teriyaki Chicken Bowl used to be one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite. It's been a while since I've had it. I was amazed to see that the prices had doubled. The food is good quality and tasty. I received a good serving of chicken, veggies and rice. I used the drive thru so I don't know about the atmosphere.
Because of the pricing, I don't think I'll be going back.

Food is decent but for a $20 entree I should be able to do half fried rice and half noodles, makes no sense that you can't.

I have loved Teriyaki Chicken Bowl since I was a kid. They are a New Mexican classic fast food. The food is consistently good and the service is great. I will say that they are not known for their atmosphere. This is a drive thru kind of place.

I really liked the spicey chicken. The staff said it is a Korean chili sauce. Loved it!

I can't describe the feeling of biting into a small white pebble, but this absolutely ****ing sucked. I am showing my fingers pinching it to show that this is not a piece of rice but indeed a small white pebble. I took a few bites. The chicken was good. Broccoli was good. Cabbage was fine and dandy, but as soon as I got to the rice layer, I guess I just got unlucky. At home. I clean the rice out thoroughly to avoid this. Lucky I don't have a cavity or sensitive teeth, or that would have been a dentist visit, along with not finishing my lunch. Throughly not happy.
Of course, I'm late from my lunch now to get a cash refund.
And wanted the food back, I was like screw it all and gave the bag, napkin, and even an un-drank large coke.
The young manager said, "Sorry for the inconvenience." I gave him a thumbs up and drove off. Like, cool, that saved the day or changed the fact I bit into a rock or felt like you don't believe a customer.
Highly would not recommend this place.

Terrible costumer service. They have their lobby closed to dine in or pick up service so you are forced to go through the drive through. A drive through that is extremely narrow and curvy so if you have a large truck like mine you have no chance. I called to try to place an order over the phone to pick up at the door or drive through window but they refused. But it is what it is and I will absolutely never try to go there again or recommend to anyone I know to go to this establishment.
