It's been a while since I'd been there. Prices have gone way up! But the portion sizes have remained the same, or maybe a little bigger. chicken bowl is larger than I remember, but the other item wr ordered, teriyaki chicken and fries, was a ton of fries and minimal chicken.

Food is still good, but I'm just not sure it's worth the $13 for the signature food item, chicken bowl.

If I could do a zero star I would we used to love coming here we haven’t eaten this in a really long time and we’re really looking forward to it we pulled up and needed a few moments to look at the menu some things have been taken off so we were looking when we started ordering the guy taking our order started off rude asking is that it what else the last thing I ordered I didn’t hear him repeat the number due to a big loud truck in front of me so when I repeated it he answered that’s what I said I told him he didn’t have to be rude I didn’t hear him I couldn’t back out and leave because there was another big truck behind me I asked to speak to the manager at the window he wasn’t apologetic he just said I understand ok ok I’ve been in customer service for 21 yrs and NEVER NEVER have I talked to a customer like that I understand about being busy and wanting to go home I get it I’m a waitress and a mom I’m on my feet all day literally but there is absolutely NO REASON for me to be treated the way I was another paying customer and everywhere we eat we always order a lot and over $100 we were gonna order more than what we did but at the window I canceled sorry but they will NOT be getting any more business from my family

Great food but when you are paying 35 dollars for 2 people and they won't let you buy sauce on the side... that's just horrible Management. Sad to see these being ran so poorly.

The prices are insane. The customer service is very poor at this location. Dine-in area has been closed since covid, even though that is over and done with. Not opening the dining area at this point is just pure laziness at this point in time. Which also indicates why the employees are so rude. I won't be giving them my business any longer. I don't recommend this establishment.

Service is so horrible food was undercooked I will never eat there ever again and didn't give me a sauce when I paid for an extra one and my order wasn't even right some nasty red chicken sauce on there never again

Great food, always good. However prepare for a test of patience if you go through the drive thru. Not once, not twice, but many times ive been in a rush and just use the drive-thru, the man who takes the orders and works the windows is always drunk, always. He stumbles over his words and reeks of cheap vodka. He gets orders wrong and repeats himself, or is texting or standing there literally eyes closed. "Haha sorry dude, oh shit my bad haha" or "sorry haha whatd you order again?" Or the best "haha sorry dude im too stoned" as if thats better? I havent been in awhile so idk if hes still there but ive seen him drive off drunk as hell before and thats gotta be bad for business. Idk good food, annoying worker.

Teriyaki Chicken Bowl used to be one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite. It's been a while since I've had it. I was amazed to see that the prices had doubled. The food is good quality and tasty. I received a good serving of chicken, veggies and rice. I used the drive thru so I don't know about the atmosphere.
Because of the pricing, I don't think I'll be going back.

Food is decent but for a $20 entree I should be able to do half fried rice and half noodles, makes no sense that you can't.

I have loved Teriyaki Chicken Bowl since I was a kid. They are a New Mexican classic fast food. The food is consistently good and the service is great. I will say that they are not known for their atmosphere. This is a drive thru kind of place.

I really liked the spicey chicken. The staff said it is a Korean chili sauce. Loved it!
