I recently endured a profoundly disappointing experience with the customer service at a local restaurant's drive-thru. Upon placing our order, I was apparent: a #1 with no vegetables and a Double Teriyaki Chicken with Rice, also sans veggies. Unfortunately, our order was botched--both dishes came with vegetables, and, to add insult to injury, the Double Chicken came with noodles instead of the requested rice. When we reached out to rectify the issue, the manager's response only compounded our frustration. Far from helpful, he was dismissive and rude, insisting we had ordered incorrectly and blatantly misrepresenting our familiarity with their menu. His proposed 'solution' was for us to return the food to the restaurant for a mere refund, with no acknowledgment of their error in preparation. Moreover, the food itself was lackluster. Both the flavor and the service left a lot to be desired. Given this experience, I would strongly discourage anyone from visiting this poorly managed establishment. Their approach to customer service and quality control is severely lacking, making for a wholly unsatisfactory dining experience.

Ok, so no, this is not Japanese Teriyaki chicken. But I don't think anyone is expecting it to be. Now, with that being said, this place is pretty good for some fast food. We eat here fairly often and always really enjoy it. I enjoy the spicy chicken platter while my wife and daughter get the regular chicken platter. We have never had a bad experience and the food is always hot and fresh.
The prices at the store are way different then online . 8.99 online and get there its 18.99 . They were rude , and when I told them their prices online are different, they smiled at me and said they know and closed the window , no thanks for letting us know or thanks for coming , nothing was said. I will not ever go

I was very disappointed with this loctions' food. Very surprisingly... their vegetables were boiled beyond color and taste, they were also practically see thru! And the serving was very little compared to what am used to of any of the Teryaki Bowls resturants! And they also shortened me on my noodles! Wow!!!! I won't visit this one again!!

The food is consistent, and had no complaints. But for what they’re charging, I could go into a sit down restaurant and have a nicer meal than a drive through takeout teriyaki. 20.00 for the double teriyaki is crazy… no drink, no eggroll, nothing extra… it was already getting outta pocket before inflation… idk how they’re surviving with those kinda prices. Good luck though.

This place has very good teriyaki chicken and veggies. For those going low carb, you can order the bowls without rice and they’ll give you extra veggies. The downside is they’ve been closed inside the dining room for months and months so everything is drive-thru only and they’re a bit cheap on the sauces and charge extra for everything. Where, if the dining room was open, teriyaki and sweet and sour sauces are on hand to help yourself. Other than that, for a drive thru lunch, I recommend it.Update: they’ve recently had a pretty high price increase. Chicken bowls are now around $12 per bowl which isn’t a good value anymore. Sadly.

I was trying to order and the person taking my order was very inpatient and rude , then handed me .got to the window told me the amount to pay and hand me my card and food and closed the window. Didn't even say hi or good bye . I thought if thats how they handled me , I could hardly imagine how they handle the food they prepared for me and others .
