Great lunch. One of my new favorite spots for sure! Great food, atmosphere, price and service.
Recommended dishes: Fresh Spring Roll
Wonderful preparation of some of my Thai favorites (Thai beef salad and Rad Na). Service was quick and friendly. We came on a friend's recommendation and enjoyed it immensely. Parking and ambient noise were the only things less than par. Will eat here, again.

Thai Spice, you saucy little legend—you’ve officially ruined all other Thai food for us.
Let’s set the scene: It’s date night. We’re hungry. We’re adventurous. We want noodles, spice, and a little culinary magic. Enter Thai Spice, stage left, ready to deliver a full-blown flavor mic drop.
We kicked things off with the fried dumplings because, let’s be honest, it’s not a real meal without something fried to start the party. These dumplings weren’t just good—they were make-you-close-your-eyes-and-slow-chew good. Crispy little clouds of glory stuffed with seasoned perfection. If there were more, we would have fought each other for the last one. Probably to the death.
My wife ordered the cashew stir fry, which arrived looking like a Pinterest food board and tasting like a wok full of dreams. The veggies were fresh, the sauce was rich and just the right amount of sticky, and those cashews? Honey, they were roasted to crunchy, nutty royalty status.
I went full flavor-commando and ordered the drunken noodles—because sometimes you want your noodles sloppy, spicy, and just a little scandalous. And Thai Spice delivered. Wide noodles swimming in bold, garlicky sauce, with just the right heat level to make your tastebuds throw a rave. It was one of those meals where you keep eating even after you’re full because you don’t want the magic to end. (RIP to my leftovers plan.)
But wait—dessert. Thai. Tapioca. Let me just say this: if you’ve never had Thai tapioca before, this is your sign from the starch gods. It’s creamy, lightly sweet, a little chewy, and somehow the perfect cool-down after the spice parade. It’s like a cozy rice pudding and a coconut milk spa day had a delicious baby.
And now for the true MVP of the evening: Pim, our waitress. Pim is the kind of server who makes you feel like you’ve known her forever. She’s adorable, attentive, and somehow manages to appear exactly when you need her—like a food ninja in the best way. Pim, if you’re reading this, you’re a national treasure.
Bottom line: Thai Spice is a hidden gem that should be on everyone’s radar. If you’re in Albuquerque and not eating here, I assume you either hate joy or got lost on the way to flavor town.
We’ll be back. Probably weekly. Possibly tomorrow.

We’ve been here a few times and we always get the Pad Thai with spring rolls. They’re consistently delicious, the service has always been good too. The dessert menu looks so good but we’re always too full so we haven’t tried dessert yet - one day! We’ve not had issues with seating but their dining area is a bit on the small side so I can imagine there might be a wait on the weekends.

Wow! What an awesome place! I wish we had this place at my hometown, I’d be there every day dining. Food is absolutely fantastic, very tasty and healthy. Great ambience and service. The restaurant won many rewards and I totally agree with that.
It’s very close to the airport.
Thank you for your delicious food and hospitality ! We will be back when visiting Albuquerque again.

This Thai place was pretty popular even on a weekday night. Pickup was super easy and fast, though it was a bit tricky to find since the entrance is behind the building despite being right on the street. The pad see ew with fried tofu was surprisingly great after mixing it up, and the mango sticky rice tasted good but had a bit too much coconut milk.
