This place does not have it together, I ordered through DoorDash and the dasher had been waiting for an hour! After that they told the dasher to cancel the order I placed because they just weren’t gonna do it? Keep in mind the dasher said it was not a full house nor hectic, do not waste your time like we did there are great Thai places other than this

Wow! This is such good Thai food! Great service from John too. This is honestly the best Thai food I’ve had in Albuquerque.
Also, seems like most of the reviews that aren’t positive are from delivery. I can say my shrimp Thai noodles were really good.

Excellent food , very good service , i wish the air conditioning was a little better but didn't really affect my experience, i had the Thai Fried Rice cooked 'New Mexico Hot' , very good Egg Rolls , maybe the best I've had , i like hot food and they accommodated me with some extra heat when i requested it , Looking forward to trying other meals on the menu.

Sooo we really loved Thai tip a few years back. Absolutely they have the best Tom Kha. Unfortunately in the last year the service, and time management has gone to complete crap, which is such a bummer for it being such a good place. I honestly have zero clue what’s going on with the kitchen staff, half the time it’s taking them hours to get food out. tonight we called in an order, for a soup mind you and the wait was 45 minutes, fine that’s honestly what we expected. it’s been 45 minutes and we go in, the lobby is empty & we are told verbatim “I’m gonna be real with you it’s not going to be ready for another 45 minutes, we haven’t even started it” 🫠 if you are getting hung up on orders than maybe you need a larger kitchen staff, maybe you need to stop taking to go orders. ended up canceling and eating hot pot instead. miss the good ol days of Thai tip, I fear those are long gone. :(

As you can see from the recent reviews, this place has gone down hill quite a bit. The food is still excellent but plan on waiting for hours for your food. I arrive at 530 pm, with only 2 other tables in the dining room. Get my drink. Over an hour later, I get my appetizer and still no refill on my drink from my arrival. Another 20 minutes later, I get my entre. Like I said, the food is excellent. But the wait is ridiculous.

Ordered seven items for take out. Took over two hours to get our food, almost an hour longer than we were told when we ordered. The wait staff was dismissive about the wait time saying the dining room had priority. We have ordered from here for years because the food is usually very good, but this is the last time we will order from here. There are other thai places with just as good food and much better service.

This used to be my favorite Thai place in town and I’m sad to say I’ll never come back due to the service. Placed an online order right about 5 pm on a Thursday. Originally it said ready at 6:25. Show up at 6:23 and they tell me it’s going to be another 45 minutes. The restaurant was less than half full (maybe 5-6 tables in total) and when I asked why it was going to take that long the girl at the counter was rude and said “since you have 7 items and we have other people to serve it’s going to take a while.” Not apologetic in any way for the fact it’s going to take over 2 hours for an order on a weeknight when their dining room isn’t even busy. 7 items is not a small order but some of them are appetizers/salads and it’s really not that crazy to order for a family of 5. The price and service are not worth it for the food even though it’s usually pretty good. Wish I hadn’t already submitted a tip because this was really disappointing

We went and sat down, the server took our order, then we waited for 30 minutes. They didnt bring us our drinks. We asked for the order to be changed to go and stood at the front for 8 minutes, we had to go for our kids so we left without any service. Time wasted and stomachs empty.

9/16/25- Im not sure why I have not seen this place sooner. I will definitely eat at this restaurant again. The food was fantastic. There were lots of options for my vegetarian and vegan tendencies. Our food server was polite, professional, and attentive. The restaurant was clean and well kept. I will repeat, the food was fantastic! Review the photos including receipts for price and meal selections.

Last several times I have dined there some of the female wait staff are inattentive, unresponsive and slow. They add too much creamer to the thai ice tea it tastes like cow milk..several times in recent months I have gone after prime lunchhour 12-2pm and the restaurant has 4 customers it has taken almost 45 minutes to be served and I have needed to not finish my meal or need to take it to go WHEN I GO THERE DURING A SLOW PART OF THE DAY TO EAT IN!!.. GREAT TASTING FOOD, TERRIBLE SERVICE..NOT RETURNING FOR A LONG TIME TO EAT IN
