The artisan loaves here are the best gluten free bread I’ve encountered, with 11 yrs of experience knowing I’m celiac. The crust assuages my most deep seated gluten envy. Everything else I’ve tried has been wonderful too, but the bread is truly special. I only resist buying all of it out of ethical obligation to whoever might show up later.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

My wife and I were passing through NM and because of her celiac this was a Must Make slight detour that we made and our Only regret was not buying out the whole store of every item they had!... they were absolutely amazing!!

Omg. To know that EVERYTHING in there I could eat was just really exciting to me. I’m so used to looking at all a restaurants delicious baked goods and not be able to eat any of it. Such a bummer. But not here!!! The peanut butter chocolate Bundt cake was moist and absolutely delicious. I could eat about 6 of them without even noticing lol. I will definitely be back. Can’t wait to try their fresh baked bread.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

This is across the street from where I live. The green chile biscuits are my favorite but anything she does with lemon and lavendar is a close second. I always HATED lemon flavored anything and this bakery changed that. I have a wheat allergy so finding this within walking distance of home was so exciting. And the pie I got for Thanksgiving? My mom LOVES apple and this was probably the best apple pie I've ever had. Everything is delicious. Just go first thing in the morning because it all sells out quick!

I was so disappointed. I’ve eaten gluten free bread for 6 years and feel like I have tried it all. I bought gluten free sandwhich bread here and couldn’t even get my knife through it, it was so hard. I also bought cinnamon roll and same, it was not moist and hard as a rock. I won’t go back again. Plus some of the pastries were near the floor, seems unsanitary.

Amazing food, friendly service, cute little spot to sit and have a coffee and some gluten free baked goods with a friend or study with a tasty snack! I had the salted caramel tart and a London Fog latte. Both were delightful. My husband had a green chile and cheese scone and the bite I tried was SO WONDERFUL I made him drive me back there to get another one! They also have “take and bake” items available like cinnamon rolls and pie crusts. Some dairy free and vegan items are available, as well! I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town.
