Lady at the counter went to the back of shop started talking crap I could hear her and coworkers laughing until they turned the music louder. Rude unprofessional and claiming she cannot make things I’ve order here in the past.

Best Boba in town, my personal favorite is the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Boba 🤤

I got 2 drinks , one was a yogurt boba and the other milk tea and both were good but the strawberry one well wish they used real strawberries and not the can or bagged ones cuz u can taste the bad aftertaste and although the boba and the liquid yogurt was good the strawberry killed the drink hope u can get real strawberries and other fruits other than that i been liking it every different drink i try

Love this place. The redbull drinks are my favorite. Menu can be a bit hard to tell what is in what drink but the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Lots of options and flavors!

Me and my bf went got 2 drinks total was 26$ and the drinks were not good mine tasted like water down cucumber water and his was just plain yogurt blended

The staff is always friendly, every time I've been theyre super nice, the drinks are good and made fast and there's lots of choices and even ice cream and bubble waffles. 10/10 recommend them if you want a sweet treat.

Love this place! Always so hesitant getting matcha at new places because I usually end up disappointed. Their lavender matcha latte is to die for and they are consistent on making it delicious!

They’re drinks are pretty tasty but I’ve had two experiences now of getting my order wrong. In my opinion, that’s directly related to the music always being super loud. I know I can barely hear so it’s probable that the people working can’t hear what you’re ordering. ??‍♀️

I ordered the taro milk tea and my boyfriend ordered the coconut milk tea. Both tasted just fine but nothing special about either one. The boba they add has no flavor. The customer service was ok but the music was way too loud and definitely not fitting of the environment. Its also a bit more pricey compared to other better boba places. We won't be returning.

Best Thai Milk Tea I’ve had in several months, I’ve forgotten what high quality Thai tea tasted like until Boba Lounge reminded me. Looking forward to making one last stop here, not only for another Thai tea, but also to check out their Bubble Waffle, before I leave the ABQ area.

The girls that were working went over and beyond for us. I highly recommend you check it out. My son spilt his drink and busted all over the floor. I asked for a mop to mop up the mess the girl was a doll and said she would get it. That wasn’t it they made my son his drink over I offered to pay and the girls said it was okay.. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I can say that this boba shop is close and delicious, but I went to this place for a job, as they were looking for new hires, I went to them five times, and the last time I went, they promised to give me a call, and they never called me at all, it's been 2 weeks now, so please save the trouble and don't ask to work, they won't follow up.
