Beautiful place. I have to say for it being Colombian coffee their coffee is weak. So because of that I gave it 2 stars. I had their bold brew and honestly it tasted watery. It was poured out of a coffee warmer. Their coffee in my opinion wasn’t fresh. My husband had the Aztec latte. It was good but also weak. So disappointed 😔 Great atmosphere.

What a lovely coffee experience! I had a cortado that was perfectly balanced, and the cream art that I usually see reserved for lattes, was absolutely beautiful. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, they even warmed up our chocolate croissant and brought it right to our table! We came in during the last hour before closing but never felt rushed—just relaxed and able to enjoy our coffee. The space had a cozy, creative vibe with a rotating art show on display, making it not only a great stop for coffee but also a perfect third space to work or read. I highly recommend checking it out!

This place is my spot! Beyond amazing coffee, and absolutely the best service hands down! I’ve worked in downtown Abq for the past decade and The Brew is hands down the best I’ve experienced in a decade! And the banana bread is like my moms💕

Great service and pet friendly location downtown. By far best espresso in town.

I ordered pour over and the Nutella cornetto. Both were delish! When I placed the order they warned me it would take a little more time than espresso, which was a nice heads-up. I watched the barista make the pour over. It really takes time to heat the water to not-quite-boiling and then slowly drizzle the hot water over the coarse grounds in concentric circles and then wait for it all to drip down!! It's so much easier to pull an espresso, so I felt a bit bad asking for it since it was busy, but I heard they made good pour overs. You can sit at the counter and watch the barista. Nice clean, tasty place.

Best coffee downtown
This coffee shop offers consistently delicious coffee with a great variety of options. The staff is friendly and always a pleasure to chat with. Whether you're working downtown or just passing through, it's definitely worth a visit. The only downside is their limited hours.

We ordered an Aztec latte and chai latte. The drinks we ordered had too much milk. There was very little other flavor on the palate.
Based on the other reviews and my experience with other places that roast their own beans, this likely isn't the norm.

Nice setting with gorgeous art. Food and coffee are high quality.
Just the perfect comfortable coffee (roaster) shop with some of the best coffee I’ve ever tasted. Often take home a bag or two of great beans. And the pastries are delish!
