What a lovely coffee experience! I had a cortado that was perfectly balanced, and the cream art that I usually see reserved for lattes, was absolutely beautiful. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, they even warmed up our chocolate croissant and brought it right to our table! I ordered pour over and the Nutella cornetto. Both were delish! When I placed the order they warned me it would take a little more time than espresso, which was a nice heads-up. I watched the barista make the pour over. It really takes time to heat the water to not-quite-boiling and then slowly drizzle the hot water over the coarse grounds in concentric circles and then wait for it all to drip down!! It's so much easier to pull an espresso, so I felt a bit bad asking for...
