Great brewery and amazing customer service! They've only been open for a couple years that's why there hasn't been that many reviews but don't let that fool you. I went there yesterday and brought my dog with me. Very friendly staff and they welcome all dogs. There are tons of great beers on tap and they were even frying up hamburgers to give out to the customers there for free! I loved the friendly atmosphere and loved their customer serive plus the drinks were delicious! Go check them out and make sure to give a review!

On 09/30/24 at 8:40pm I went to Unhinged Brewing to ask if they had an open mic going on (there is a website that mentions it does). The bartender, whose name is Britney, rudely said “no” and continued doing what she was doing. I spoke to the supervisor about my interaction with her. He said he didn’t perceive her behavior as rude.

It is general courtesy to be more attentive and provide a more thorough response to customers (it turns out they used to hold opens mics). It was more disappointing that the manager defended her behavior. Unfortunately, these places hire their bartenders solely based on looks, without considering their human character. These subtle disrespectful behaviors shouldn’t be tolerated at any establishment. I don’t recommend this place to any person of color.

Beers ok, pricey for what it is. Happy hour, cool, but they happen not to have supply to make mixes drinks so...

Zane, Ryan and Teo are the go-to Buddies. Best brewery in Albuquerque!! Wouldn't waste my time anywhere else. Ever seen the show Cheers? No further words needed.

The way management handled the situation on Friday night is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Why complain about a band’s performance that you never come to? Then proceed to blame the reason for your EMPTY space is because of the band’s performance and threaten not to pay them. Knowing that (Micah) himself doesn’t come to any of the shows that Basilaris plays at Unhinged says a lot. There clearly must be no communication on who is being booked. If the band simply isn’t your taste then that’s fine, there was no need to be rude and express being pissed off due to no one being there. There have been plenty of other times when unhinged was packed WHILE the band was there. Basilaris band plays all over and receive praise for their performances! Obviously this place has people to come on here and back them up with 5 star reviews and belittle a band for simply doing what they love. Do better Unhinged.

I love this brewery! I was there last night, and am appalled people are calling management hostile and unsafe. The management, owners, and servers are all incredible!!!! Tacos are NORMALLY priced considering they’re delivered from a neighboring business. Blowing a situation out of proportion for a small little band, playing music that does not fit the crowd, shows your true colors. If you want nice people, good drinks, and management who protects the vibe of their business, you should 100% come here!

Deeply disappointed in this place. While the staff was friendly and kind, when management showed up the atmosphere degraded markedly. The manager in question (Micah) was rude and mean, and showed a shocking disregard for the comfort and ease of his customers. I found the food to be good but expensive. I will not be returning to this establishment.

So disappointed in this place. I have gone a few times to see a specific band that plays there, and have really enjoyed the vibe. The bartenders are great! However, when management showed up recently they were hostile and mean. I honestly didn't feel safe. Don't go there. Also, their tacos are stupid expensive. Go get them for less at the place a few doors down.
