I Went in for the first time into the burrito lady shop and I wasn’t greeted and I didn’t feel welcome and noticed the lady in the back not wearing gloves I will not returning back

Waited for 10+ minutes in a store with only 2 others and never was acknowledged. 4 different workers clearly saw me (2 older women, 2 men). Didn't acknowledge. Brought out food for others and cashed them out, still didn't acknowledge. Was a larger order - and happy to wait for food but not for basic acknowledgement - but that's fine. Can take my business elsewhere. Clearly the two other people there can support.

Not sure what the hype is. Yuck yuck and yuck. Everything in my burrito was burnt and the eggs were not cooked. Couldn’t take more than 2 bites. The kitchen is disgusting. Pure chaos.

Not sure how you all are getting 5 stars for this. The lady didn't listen to my order at all. Just made the burrito and gave it to me. Kept yelling at her employees. This order comes with a side of roaches too. I'm fine with hole in the wall joints, but this is past that. Dirtiest kitchen I've seen in a while and I don't think an inspector has ever set foot in there.

Essentially a burrito from a lady. I do not suggest getting anything other than a burrito as high tensions related from greedy phone orders can result in her workers quitting on the spot. Also, maybe all the phone ordering people should chill on the 30 plus burrito orders, kinda egregious to behave in such a manner for a two to three human operation…it’s just one burrito lady. Otherwise, burritos are fire.

Omg, the burrito lady's BURRITOS are SO fire! I give it a 9.1. The steak, potatoes, and green chili burrito 🌯🔥🔥 was really good; the steak was so tender. Also got a smothered carne adovada Christmas, which was just as tasty. Since the lady is retiring in December, everybody should go out and support this nice local place. Fyi it's very busy, but the hardworking lady was getting all the burritos out in a timely manner. She's a champion on the stove. One of the best burritos in Albuquerque. I tried Beef Jerky Company a few weeks ago, which was also great, but this one overtakes it. Agreed? Watch out the green chili burrito has a KICK TO IT. 🌶️ 🌶️ 🌶️ 🌶️🥵

Sooo worth finding a way around the construction to get to her food truck!!! (Go around the back road, not hwy 83) Fresh everything, and the salsa is perfect! We’re already planning to stop on our way back home on Monday, haha! My kids loved the papas, husband loved the chichurons, I loved the finishing touch of a toasted tortilla ;)
