Birdie is amazing! I decided to switch my order up and turn the cupcakes into the centerpieces, which she ran with and made come to life. She also built me an adobe house cake which was beyond adorable. The cakes themselves were incredibly moist and flavorful. The flavor verity was great and she really thought out the combos and what goes well together. 10 out of 10 all around.

Visited this Whole Foods on 10/21/24 and was very impressed. The manager named Ian was VERY KIND and provided EXCELLENT Customer Service. The store was very clean and well organized. I recommend this store but NOT the Whole Foods on Academy that store is awful.

This new store has the same terrible parking for large vehicles that the old store had. There's several nice areas for sitting and eating or lounging, but there's NO TEA/COFFEE SHOP! What's up with that? The water filling area is way too small and accommodates only one person at a time, but the location is good right by the front door. It's incredibly overpriced for vegetables, personal items, and the deli. The bakery has good products, but it's pricey as well. The new store is clean so far. Altogether, the new store on Carlisle is a big disappointment.
The QR reader on the Amazon returns kiosk doesn’t work. Me and several other customers were visibly struggling with it, a couple of associates walked past and didn’t seem to notice. I was going to grab some groceries after returning my item but spent so much time at that stupid kiosk trying to get my code to scan that I just turned around and left.

Well, the new store is finally open, but I'm still not impressed. It's bigger and more modern, but there is a coldness to the vibe that is off-putting. The prices are absolutely insane; even higher than before! As I walked through the aisles, there just wasn't a single thing that stood out to me as purchasable. I felt like I was a mausoleum. The whole store felt like a tribute to fakery and arrogance. Gross. That's a gross way to live.
