The Cheesecake Factory

I usually try to visit local spots but on occasion I get gift cards to eat here. Each time I've came the food is good and the service is good. The cheesecake is always fire which is expected. I had the turkey burger and it was delicious top 5 burgers I've had. I want to try the brunch they have on the weekends the menu looked good.

We went for my birthday tonight. Food was great as per usual however our waitress was so snobby and beyond slow. She rarely came back to check on us and had a terrible attitude

Ther server Kevin provided the amazing service even though the restaurant was very busy. We got our food on a timely manner and he checked on us frequently.

There are several choices on the menu. I tried the fish and chips was really good.

It had me from the atmosphere. My Monte Cristo was good. Backed potatoes pieces were ight. Great lemonade. Prices are decent. A plethora of grinds. The amber lighting though.

Ordered delivery and for the second time in a row, my fiancés lemon chicken had no lemon sauce, when we ordered extra and they charged us for it. My steak Diane was bland, overcooked, and missing its sides as well. For an $75 dollar dinner it was well beyond dissapointing.

If you are considering dining here, don’t. We called in advance to make a reservation for a party of 10 and were told they do not accept reservations for groups larger than six. When we asked if we could split the party into two reservations, we were also told no.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by an extremely rude host who rolled his eyes at us and informed us there would be a 90-minute wait. Despite noticing that more than half of the tables were empty, we waited patiently, assuming they were understaffed. However, fifteen minutes later, another party of the same size arrived and was seated immediately.
When I asked the manager to explain the inconsistency, she was dismissive, openly rude, and refused to address our concerns. By the time we were finally seated, the unprofessional behavior of the front-of-house staff had completely ruined the experience.
The only positive aspect was our server, who was apologetic and professional throughout. Unfortunately, the food was not nearly good enough to justify the wait or the disrespect. If you are dining with a large group, do not waste your time here.

I went to Cheesecake Factory where i usually have a pretty good experience. I’ve been so excited to go. Today I ordered the spicy rigatoni pasta with no pancetta. I do not eat pork . I had a waitress with a blonde bun with two tiny strings of hair in the front around 4:15. She assured me there would be no pancetta and when I discovered there was she stated “aw was that the only piece🤭?” As if that would change anything. She asked if they could re-make the dish and I asked for a refund instead very kindly as a normal person would do in which she responded “I’ll have to take the plate away” as if I’m going to continue eating the platter of swine and hard noodles. Then for the rest of our order she was rude lol. Insane. I looked up and she was laughing with another waitress in the back while staring at me. Bravo cheesecake bravo !!!

I was eating my lemon ricotta pancakes, and I came across a sharp plastic Peace in my pancakes, other than that, the food was good. The service was good. if you eat here, just be aware of what you’re eating.

Went in there the other day just to get slices of cheesecake, we paid with card but had cash to tip. Was waiting to the end to tip her. We ordered that 5 mins later another person came in to order. The lady serving waited till every order was ready, when we can see our order was already done and just sitting there. You guys need to seriously do better, very unprofessional!

First time here and the food was bonkers good! Cheesecake was amazing, but the buffalo blasts were the best thing we had! Crazy good! Our server Devin was the best!
