This was our first time in the cheesecake factory. We loved the atmosphere, looks so elegant. The food was good, I definitely recommend the Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp with chicken. My wife asked for the Asian cucumber salad which we don’t recommend, the salad was so small that looks like an appetizer and it was the first salad we tried without any other vegetable like it was just the cucumber and some garlic. Our dessert was very delicious I think it was the white chocolate raspberry truffle. Service was great, our waitress was very attentive and friendly!

my wife and myself love the cheesecake factory . we always order the same, myself the mushroom burger my wife the fried shrimp. we never look at the menu. may 23,2025 we were told both meals were no longer on the menu. we are very disappointed. recently you also removed our favorite fried zucinni from the menu but they will still make it for us .by the way you have the best mai tais in the world and the best food we still love you

It was good. I wasn't crazy about the cheesecake. Which was a bummer. It was a super slim small piece and it cost like $10. I had a pasta dish with a ton of veggies. It was good just bland. I would give it a second chance but it's definitely not somewhere I would seek out or be a first pick.

Overall, the experience was great! We dined in a day before X-Mas Eve, and the traffic was a little high, as expected. Despite it all, wait times we're not excessively high: we were seated within 30 minutes after arrival. Our server was quick to take our drink and food order. Our order didn't take long to be served, which was great! The only thing was that the music was a bit too high, almost at night club levels, and this made other patrons talk a little louder, almost shouting, to be able to talk to each other. But, the food, the pies, the cocktails, and great service made up for it and did not disappoint!

25 minute wait for 2, even with a reservation.... But the food was amazing. It is VERY loud, so don't go expecting a quiet intimate setting.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a terrible experience. Just before I ordered, I noticed that the menus were covered in a sticky substance, which was really off-putting. To make matters worse, the dishware appeared used and dirty. Chocolate was literally on my spoon from another previous eater. The unprofessional attitude of the staff only added to the unpleasantness. I was so disgusted that I decided to leave before even placing an order. I won't be returning and definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Someone is definitely getting sick!
