I am an Uber Eats driver and was given a delivery to be picked up at this location. The store was closed. This was NOT a late night delivery. It was close to 6 p.m. When establishments do not keep hours and closings updated on the Uber site, the drivers pay for it. Since this location was closed, I had to cancel the order, which goes against me and my ratings. In addition to that, I drove quite a ways to pick up said order, and received zero compensation for my time.

I bought 16oz of hot coffee and what I got was 8oz of coffee. Almost $8 for 8oz. I emptied entire cup into measuring cup of 16oz that 2 cups and behold only 8oz. Not cool!

I had gone to the Human Bean in Coors and Central in Albuquerque, NM, it was so bad! Normally when I get an order they bag everything nicely. This last time all the drinks had vanilla cold foam which we always get and it’s delicious. This last time though, it tasted awful and did not taste like it had vanilla in it, I am starting to think whatever they made it it with was expired. We got 6 drinks and only got 3 beans, normally they give us a bean for each drink we ordered.

I've been frequently stopping by on Friday mornings before work. I love the friendly staff ( Perla & Kristina ) and the combinations of flavors can be customized! My fave is the iced oat milk chai with cold foam!

This is the last time I get my coffee wrong. They need to hire better people who actually pay attention to what customers are ordering and making sure they do it correctly. I’m not really a review writer but I’ve always preferred the human being to Starbucks. Even though Starbucks usually never gets my order wrong. The staff is very unprofessional and this will be the last time I order anything from the human being.
