Burgers

Kosmic Burger
1/3 lb. locally sourced grass-feed beef raised by native ranchers. Formed in house to ensure a great sear and delicious flavor.
Meat -E Burger
A double stacked kosmic burger.
Veggie Burger
A made in house specialty that's out of the world! Garbanzo beans and wild rice with a blend of sautéed veggies, then fried give this a crunchy outer crust with a softer inside. Try it with some grilled onions, sautéed mushrooms or avocado.

Sandwiches

Fried Fish Sandwich
Delicious cod dipped in our beer batter and fried to golden perfection. Served with lettuce, tomato and a side of our tartar sauce.
Fried Chicken Sandwich
Buttermilk soaked, crunchy southern style coating. Served with lettuce, tomato and mayo.
Steak Sandwich
Seasoned, grilled, then thinly sliced steak on a toasted bun. Served with a side of chimichurri sauce.
Red Chile Pulled Pork
Marinated over night with our special rub, smoked for 3 hrs, then braised for 3hrs, finished off with our red chile made from NM chile pods. Garnish with our fresh giardiniera on the side.

Wide cut and seasoned spiral, crispy, crispy outside with a fluffy center.
Krinkle Cut
Your traditional wavy, strait cut.

Side House Salad
Bleu crumbles, toasted almonds, heirloom tomatoes, cucumber on mixed greens and lemon thyme dressing on the side.

Steak Dinner
12 oz. seasoned, grilled to your liking served with a side of spudniks and sautéed baby bella mushrooms.
Afghan Rice
A savory blend of cardamom, clove, cinnamon and cumin. Topped with almonds, sautéed carrots, golden raisins and served with a side of chutney.
Mac and Cheese
A cross between a southern mac and cheese with a french style bechamel, topped with toasted breadcrumbs, creamy, rich and decadent.

Salads

Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce, house croutons, shredded parmesan and Caesar dressing.
House Salad
Bleu cheese crumbles, toasted almonds, heirloom tomatoes, cucumber on mixed greens and lemon thyme dressing on the side.
Butternut Squash
Herb roasted butternut squash, avocado, candied walnuts, mushrooms, heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion on a bed of mixed greens. Your choice of dressing.

The restaurant is a nice converted warehouse. Staff were very good and attentive. The food was okay pulled pork sandwich was s covered in sauce you could not tell what the pork tasted like not my favorite, burger was good, fries are unique but a little undercooked. There are better options close by.

Our weekly dinner group visited this amazing joint on 1/20. Blown away is an understatement. First off, out server, Dominic, was on top of things. Friendly and warm. The mac & cheese was the surprising star of the evening. Rich and decadent, and heavily spiced. Familiar flavor, like french onion dip. Truly the best I've ever tasted . Also the Sputnik fries, like fried mashed potato petals. Spectacular. This will be on our regular rotation going forward!

The restrooms reeked of urine and the floors are sticky, but the food was pretty good! The waiter had complained when we had to add more peoples food to the tab, and he almost never came by! The food took about an hour too!
