We (party of 3) visited for my birthday. Lori was our server. She was kind and knowledgeable. Everything was timed perfectly and needs were anticipated. The table was even decorated for the celebration. My single photo, showing the delicious desserts we took home, does not give the experience justice.

The service was extremely slow. I do not believe they were staffed properly. The food was subpar for the price, and the ambience of this location leaves a lot to be desired.

Reservation was for New Year's Eve so they were very busy. Seated promptly. Placed our drink order. 2 waters and a cocktail. Took 45 minutes to get a drink from the bar. Biggest issue is they increased the price for the best of 4 course meal for 2 people, which was the only option since it was New Years Eve, which I received this information from the restaurants link on the open table booking site from $109 to $150, plus the cost of the 3rd individual from $54.59 to $75. Next we were seated in a booth next to the kitchen door and all evening we hear in, out, hot pot, ect. The booth they sat us in was too small for my 6 ‘4 husband. Next, my glass of water broke from the bottom dumping an entire glass of ice water all over me. Now I am cold and wet the entire stay and my husband is uncomfortable. We discussed this situation with the manager who we felt was very dismissive and should have been more concerned about the broken glass I was drinking out of and told us there was nothing they could do but offer free cocktails and chocolate if we wanted to return another time. I declined the cocktail since I was driving and I don't see us returning any time soon. Our reservation was for 8:15 pm and we didn't leave until around 11 pm. When the check arrived I was charged for the cocktail my daughter ordered that was supposed to have been removed, had to get that fixed. If you are a small party you risk being seated at a table with one heat station so everyone at your table has to order the same items, while larger parties can order different items of their choice at the same price since larger tables will have multiple heating stations.

We used to love this place. We probably won't be back. Had reservations for NYE, was also our wedding anniversary. With my reservation I added some of the romantic add-ons including flowers for my spouse. They placed a hold for the items on my credit card, so I thought all was ok. Now mind you my reservation was early in the evening. (6pm-ish) We arrived early, and immediately were told that they couldn't accommodate my requests because it was such a busy night. Yet behind her is probably 4-5 dozen roses. As we are being seated, we were informed stearnly that it we had two hours to order and eat. As we are seated, there is a Happy Anniversary card on the table. Nice touch, except when you open it. They made an error, scribbled it out, and re-wrote it. Very tacky. Our waiter seemed nice. Then we are presented with a limited menu. There was no mention of this online when we made the reservation. Disappointing. Ordered appetizers and drinks. I ordered a beer i hadn't had before described as an ale. Came from a can. It was skunkier than a corona left in the trunk of a hot car for two months. I set it aside, informed the waiter who apologized. Guess what? I was still charged. The salad tasted like it came from a bag, under-dressed, and the bacon was actually stale. How do you make bacon taste stale? We would have said something to the waiter, but he became more distant as the night went on. We inquire about the menu if substitutions were allowed, my wife has a minor shellfish allergy. They said yes, and she specifically asked for no fish and to please substitute with chicken. They replaced the shrimp with salmon. At this point my blood is boiling, but I've remained calm. Then I watch a table that was seated after us...get flowers delivered to the table. Unreal. For an over $300 night, I've gotten better service at a Taco Bell.

We were seated quickly, however we waited a long time for any kind of service. Once our presence was acknowledged and our drink order was taken, there was another long wait to get drinks. Also, long wait to get the food. Food was just, ok. For the price I expected better service and flavorful food.

I WAS SO EXCITED!!! Was our first time there. I was disappointed with our waitress. The other waitress in our area was more attentive and friendly. Our waitress didn't even ask if we would like a refill on our water. Just about everyone else that walked by offered and I intentionally said no to them to see if she would even ask to refill. Which she never did. I feel horrible leaving a bad review and honestly never have. I am not sure if it was because she doesn't agree with the LGBT community or what her issue was. Seemed as though she was taking care of her other table just fine. Other than that the food was good.

We have been going for years. The food, service and ambiance, as always, is excellent. However, the years are starting to show. The place really needs some remodeling and a little updating work. I still highly recommend it.

We were lead to a private, comfortable area. Our server, Roy or Ray, immediately welcomed us and explained the process thoroughly to us first-timers and helped us make choices for each course. Great attentive service. We enjoyed all four of the courses. The only "challenge" is the meat course. Our waiter did give us some general time guidelines for each entree. Actually it was fun experimenting with the cooking times. Several tasty sauces are provided with them. Every course was tasty and plentiful. The drinks were good; the water glasses always filled. Overall, an excellent dining experience.

Sadly, this is the second poor experience we've had in a row, after coming here for several years for dates and girls nights out. The first was a large birthday party, where our server just couldn't keep the pacing moving and we were stuck for almost 4 hours. We chalked that up to an individual server and dealing with a large group, and decided to try again. Our reservation was at 6:15, we were prompt and were able to place our entire order within a few minutes. That included a request for gluten free bread. It took almost 45 minutes for our cheese fondue to arrive (the restaurant wasn't very busy), and when it did our server told us the GF bread was still thawing out. OK, we rolled with it, and the bread arrived after the fondue was nearly eaten. The pacing after that just fell apart. Our server wasn't able to remember requests; it took multiple tries to get drinks refilled, and our table (tucked away in a very cozy corner) seemed to always be an afterthought. He was very friendly, but very forgetful even after several reminders. I generally expect meal pacing here to be about 2 hours, but it was 9 when we finally left, and by that point we were thoroughly frustrated. We like the food, and consider it to be a good value for the money, but the problems with ordering a fixed price menu have become really apparent. With the long waits between courses, we would probably have left before desert once the wait after the main course seemed excessive - but unfortunately by that point we'd committed to the menu. I'm not sure why restaurant performance has declined so much in the past 6 months, but it's unlikely my husband will ever return, and I'm reluctant to suggest it again with friends because I don't want to be responsible for another meal disaster.
