Very expensive for what you get. The portions are relatively small but plated nicely. Our server was very attentive & knowledgeable about the menu, kept our glasses full.
A complaint in that we had a $6
kitchen prep fee. Isn't that what the kitchen employee are paid to do? They don't even cook the food.
Cocktails were yummy, but expensive.
This was not our first time there, but we all agreed we won't be going back.
I will say, the cheese fondue & chocolate fondue sauce were very yummy.

All the food choices were very good, I would give five stars if they included avocado in the salads.

A few years back the wife and I made it a thing to hit a melting pot any time we travel near one. Sadly we are running out of locations in the mid west.

The food is always good. Even if it's something I don't care for it's OK. The salads, for example are not ones I particularly enjoy but they are good and well made.

I have a poultry allergy and they always make sure I'm taken care of.

Our server was training a new hire and even with the knowledge gaps and the uncertainty they did a fantastic job.

And of course they went above and beyond. One of the kids noted he loved the pine nuts, so they got him an extra little side. There was also mention of the banana being the best part of dessert so some extra banana was brought out.

I think the food was probably 2nd or 3rd best from the ones we've been too but the service was the best yet. BIG thank you to Treyvon and crew (might have spelled name wrong)

Our family of ten went tonight for Christmas Eve dinner and it was just wonderful. Our server, Amris, was so attuned to details and special requests and brought out everything right as we were ready for it. Some people in our party only eat fish so she made adjustments for them and remembered everything! We enjoyed ourselves so much and really ate until we were stuffed. Great holiday meal!!

I had an incredible birthday experience at The Melting Pot! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting.
