We were lead to a private, comfortable area. Our server, Roy or Ray, immediately welcomed us and explained the process thoroughly to us first-timers and helped us make choices for each course. Great attentive service. We enjoyed all four of the courses. The only "challenge" is the meat course. Our waiter did give us some general time guidelines for each entree. Actually it was fun experimenting with the cooking times. Several tasty sauces are provided with them. Every course was tasty and plentiful. The drinks were good; the water glasses always filled. Overall, an excellent dining experience.

Sadly, this is the second poor experience we've had in a row, after coming here for several years for dates and girls nights out. The first was a large birthday party, where our server just couldn't keep the pacing moving and we were stuck for almost 4 hours. We chalked that up to an individual server and dealing with a large group, and decided to try again. Our reservation was at 6:15, we were prompt and were able to place our entire order within a few minutes. That included a request for gluten free bread. It took almost 45 minutes for our cheese fondue to arrive (the restaurant wasn't very busy), and when it did our server told us the GF bread was still thawing out. OK, we rolled with it, and the bread arrived after the fondue was nearly eaten. The pacing after that just fell apart. Our server wasn't able to remember requests; it took multiple tries to get drinks refilled, and our table (tucked away in a very cozy corner) seemed to always be an afterthought. He was very friendly, but very forgetful even after several reminders. I generally expect meal pacing here to be about 2 hours, but it was 9 when we finally left, and by that point we were thoroughly frustrated. We like the food, and consider it to be a good value for the money, but the problems with ordering a fixed price menu have become really apparent. With the long waits between courses, we would probably have left before desert once the wait after the main course seemed excessive - but unfortunately by that point we'd committed to the menu. I'm not sure why restaurant performance has declined so much in the past 6 months, but it's unlikely my husband will ever return, and I'm reluctant to suggest it again with friends because I don't want to be responsible for another meal disaster.

Our server,Ray R was excellent! As the hostess was also the bartender, it took a while for drinks to be served.

Took our server about 10 minutes to greet us and take our order. The menu is confusing and she rushed thru a complicated explanation of how it works and we were pushed into ordering way too much. Bill was almost $400 for 4 adults and 2 young kids. Would not recommend for a family with kids.

We had a great time. We were celebrating two birthdays and just really enjoyed all 11 of us at the table.

Great food and great host, we waited 45 minutes to receive drinks and did not receive first course until we complained. Watched other staff visit tables frequently while we only saw our server maybe 3 times in 2 hours. Food was amazing meat was tender wait time was not the best.

My husband and I went in for our anniversary. As always the atmosphere was wonderful, they had placed rose petals and a card on our table. The food is always so good. Cheese and chocolate are our favorite. We tried the Bacon bacon bacon fondue for the first time and had the spinach artichoke as well. The bacon one is our new favorite absolutely delicious the spinach is a classic we love. We had the yin yang chocolate for desert which is honestly the perfect combination every time. The service is always wonderful. I grew up coming to this location for birthdays and celebrations and I’m so thankful to be able to carry the tradition into my marriage.
Thank you so much to the fantastic people who make every day special. Your efforts are appreciated truly.
