We brought our car down to the Hyundai dealership and asked if there was a place we could walk to to have breakfast. They referred us to the Mustang Café in the Ford dealership. The breakfast were absolutely delicious! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The decor is retro with lots of Mustang memorabilia. We would come back here, even if we weren’t bringing our car to the dealership.

Happened in here quite by accident. Pleasantly surprised. The owner is very attentive and very kind. We had egg dished that were delicious. The green chile left my head tingling for an hour after we left the restaurant. Highly recommend for great food at great prices. Superb, caring service.

The Mustang Cafe has the best Tacos in the Southwest. Everything is freshly cooked with a “Home made” taste. Even the taco shells are cooked on site. The salsa is seasoned to perfection. Customers have their choice of beef or chicken tacos, small 2 taco plate w/rice and beans or a Large 3 taco plate. Open for Breakfast and Lunch until 3PM.A must see and experience for Diner enthusiasts. I highly recommend The Mustang Cafe! :)
Vegetarian options: Your choice of New Mexican dishes and ask for no meat with your order.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair access through the east side of the Cafe entry hallway.
A hidden gem! Great food and wonderful staff. The cook himself brought us our meal and made sure we had everything we needed. Even when it's located in the dealership, there is no noise or car smell. Will come again soon :)

When I moved to New Mexico I always ate at Sadie's and it was the best until I found the Mustang Cafe and to my surprises just as good if not better
Literally one of the best, if not the best breakfast and lunch spots in Albuquerque. Seriously, you're sleeping on amazing eats of you've never been here. You don't need to have service done at the dealership to eat, just show up and walk in and be ready to have your taste buds marinated in incredible flavor. The flavor of their pancakes are amazing, had to add lol.
Grateful I stopped in and they had a chicken fried steak lunch special, so naturally I had to eat it.
Parking: Parking randomly abundant, middle row away from Cafe is easiest to park in.
Kid-friendliness: They have items on a kids menu but some of the plates are viable for kids too. If some people's children are like mine, they'll hoover it in and smile while they do so.
They have some impressive vehicles inside the dealership show room too. Give kids a chance to dream and see what's possible.

Found this place by accident and do not regret it! I got the combo plate and everything was so good. The meat in the taco was well seasoned. The beef tamale had great flavor and the chile relleno was CRISP! It was so damn good. The chile was spicy, but didn't take away from the flavor. I was pleasantly surprised tbh!
