The Paleta Bar Ventana Ranch

I have gone in and ordered a large strawberry shake for years and today was told that they do not offer large shakes. But if I wanted one they could do it at double the price? $18.00 for a large shakes…ridiculous and that was the response from the manager….never again!!!

My hubby & I paid $35 bucks for 1 large & 1 small Dubai Chocolate Strawberries which is fine if the quality & taste are worth it; but let me tell you, they were HORRIBLE! Strawberries were soft, not sweet & almost rotten, Katifi was not cooked (however they said it was), & the pistachio cream was cold, slimy & watery, then if that's not bad enough, the chocolate hardened within seconds which made it nearly impossible to even eat!?! You CANNOT charge top dollar for less than satisfactory product?! Harmony was extremely nice when I called to inform her of incident, but she has to get in contact w/ manager to see if they can reimburse me or credit me for something different next time; hopefully resolution turns out good! I'll let you all know!

overall experience left me feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and frankly, discriminated against. No customer should be made to feel like a burden for simply walking into a store and placing an order during operating hours.

The service was amazing! Carine and Daniel were so friendly and welcoming—top-notch service from start to finish. The ice cream bars... Out of this world! They have such yummy flavors, my favorite is the coconut flavor. You can really tell they care about quality and creating a great experience. Highly recommend stopping by if you're craving a sweet treat!

I enjoy going to our neighborhood paleta bar in ventana on our regular trips to Walgreens. I find the groups of kids working there always have my favorite treat fixed to perfect. Thank you for being a fun place to visit

I stopped in today because I drive by frequently and had a craving for ice cream. I was behind another customer who asked for her elote to be fixed after it was made wrong. The young female employee got strangely annoyed over it and started giving the customer attitude. I decided to leave instead of being made to feel like my purchase was a burden as well. Unfriendly and hostile environment.

Even giving 1 star kills me.. the customer service here is non existent and truly confuses me how management and staff could not care less about how the customers who support their business leave feeling.

I always come to this location as I live nearby and I have to say I absolutely love it!! The staff here are amazing. Super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. And if they aren’t familiar with something, they will do their best to get that information for you. Always clean and service is great even when they are busy! They have fresh fruit and multiple flavors to choose from. 10/10 would recommend for a sweet treat!
