I came inside was not greeted or talked to the 15 minutes i was in there , there was another lady in front of me who took forever deciding what she wanted, so unfortunetly i didnt get to order , and i just left. Not only that but i think the worker couldve said something during that time that the female was not making contact with him like ; “ill be right with you” stuff like this makes me not want to purchase anything cause customer service is not that hard!

We haven’t been to this location in a while but usually we take our kid and they are very patient and understanding when it comes to the kids deciding what they want. My kid has a disability that can’t be seen, and it’s nice to try and give them and experience just like any other kid. There were no samples of any of the ice cream available, and when I said that he was picky( he has sensory issues) she said “welp if he is picky I’ll just make a sample” and aggressively grabbed the ice cream, I told her no it’s okay that never mind that’s when she was happy again. And the previous person in line was able to get a sample no problem. Then when it was time to pick the toppings it felt like the same kind of atmosphere like she didn’t want to be bothered. It just felt like we annoyed her and like it was an inconvenience we were there. And when we went to sit down another person was in the back the whole time and helped the person after us immediately, I was just confused as to why we weren’t assisted. And when she was talking to us when making our nachos she was facing us when talking so I couldn’t hear her. Idk if that annoyed her as well but the food was good and she seemed to be in a better mood when making our nachos. So idk it could’ve been a better experience maybe she was just having a bad day. But maybe let’s not take it out on customers. We at least glad about the price.

Great place for dessert. Lots of good flavors and some interesting combinations.

The paleta was so delicious and the fruit fresh. The staff was amazing for such a young crew. They were respectful and helpful and even smiled! Kind of forgot what it was like. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Will definitely be back.

I live in Colorado and ordered from Paleta for a delivery to a friend having a hard day. The staff is amazing! They gave me a call after I placed the order to make sure they were going to make the order as perfect as could be. I appreciate the extra steps and attention to detail. I only wish that I was able to taste these tasty treats myself, but if there food is as good as their service, this will be a tough place to beat. Thank you!!

Veteran owned business, awesome customer service. Everything is made with fresh fruit. Will be visiting often especially now that the weather is getting warmer.

Great place, never checked it out because we thought it said potato bar on the sign before. The paleta bar was awesome with so many flavors to choose from. The horchata was a lot sweeter than I usually get but not bad. 5/5 will go again.

The paleta is delicious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are several great flavors to chose from and the restaurant is clean.
