This is such a gem of a location, it's sad that the food doesn't live up to the hype. Their to-go menu seemed much nicer than the dishes they served in their restaurant. But the service was wonderful and it's a great location to chill and get a drink before eating your way through the market's vendors.
We were hesitant to try Flora because of the location in what is essentially a food court; however, many of the local restaurants were closed on Monday so we booked and were pleasantly surprised. The location is separated from the food court with a legitimate enclosed dining space. The drinks were excellent, one of the best margaritas we had in a two-week trip to NM. The food was very good, beef enchiladas and chicken enchiladas, made to order and well-executed. Prices are reasonable...
The atmosphere felt like being in a mall, which was weird. The food was good, but not particularly special. Drinks were good, but a little pricey. Services was great. Our server was clearly new, but he was very helpful and friendly and communicated with us throughout. Overall this was a good experience but not as special as I was hoping.
