I had the duck hash which was, as always, delicious. In the past I have tried several of their breakfasts which are very good. I have not yet tried one of the sandwiches. The food is the kind of delicious stuff that you would expect to pay a lot more for in a fancier restaurant.

The food is exceptionally good. The service is great. The space is not my favorite. I don't love the chairs, it's a little loud, and I don't love waiting in line (nor waiting for a table until we've ordered... one person in my group couldn't stand up that long so they waited on the couch, but then I had to leave my spot in line to ask what they wanted from the menu... so it doesn't really work really well for people with disabilities). But for the incredibly good food, and good service, and to support a place that supports service workers (owner/chef recently spoke up at City Council against lowering of tipped minimum wage) I will keep coming back here!
Parking: a little bit difficult to find parking. a small lot for a lot of businesses, but we got lucky.
Wheelchair accessibility: there was no ramp nearby. we had some trouble getting up the step from the parking lot to the sidewalk

Wow! The food at The Shop is fantastic. I had the Duck Hash, an amazing meld of flavors including red chile, duck, egg, brussel sprouts, etc. The biscuits and gravy and blue cornmeal pancakes were also wonderful. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The atmosphere is what you’d expect in Nob Hill, including eclectic art and color scheme. My only complaint is that ventilation isn’t great inside so you’ll leave smelling like breakfast. Despite that, I strongly recommend The Shop and I will be back.

It is a really relaxing informal place with fresh delicious food. They offer breakfast and lunch, including the best Mac and cheese dishes you will find anywhere, traditional New Mexican dishes, and unique sandwiches. Specials are offered. The wait staff is the best. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.

Great food !! The burger is amazing !! The chorizo torta is another gem ! Line is long ,but i now know why. Rule there : you cannot get your table until after you order your food . No saving a table . It actually worked out well. By the time one gets to the front to place your order a few tables open up.

My Experience at The Shop was very pleasant. When we arrived we had to wait in line because it seems it's always full. After 20 minutes we were able to order and take our table. The dishes took a while but it was worth the wait because it was delicious! As a Mexican, I could say that the seasoning is very similar to what we usually eat in Mexico. I ordered the Egg Benny and they tasted delicious. Besides, it is a very generous portion that I even had enough for takeout. The atmosphere of the restaurant is good, no one bothers you and you can talk and eat as you like. It is certain that I will go again to try more dishes on the menu that I have been craving.

The Shop is one of my favorite brunch places in ABQ. I get the Duck Hash every time but this time decided to get pancakes too. DJM! ? Both were beyond delicious. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.
Pro tip: Everything is made to order so bring your patience and don’t come starving. Grab a coffee (I recommend iced latte) and people watch while you wait.

10/10 food. It's a 3 stage process - wait in line to order, wait for a table & your food, then smash. It gets busy and stays busy. But the food is SO good and reasonably priced for the quality.

Never disappointed here. I want to try all the dishes but I can't stop getting the duck hash ?. Great art. Fun atmosphere. Nice staff. You can tell they really care.
