Our waitress Angelica and the manager Stephen were top tier when it came to customer service! The bbq plate was huge not for the faint of heart. Bring your stretchy pants! The live music at 7:00 was 80’s and it was on point. Place is clean and our drinks never went empty. The prices are less than you would expect. ENOUGH!!! Just come in and EAT ENJOY SMILE AND WOBBLE OUT

The food and service started off great, but things went downhill fast when I found what looked like a moldy or expired bell pepper in my fajitas, and it even tasted off, like it had started to spoil. The Spanish rice on the side was rock hard, dried out, and completely flavorless. I asked my waiter to get the manager, and he told me to wait a moment for Glenn to come speak with me. Honestly, the whole experience would have been better if my waiter was actually around, because the restaurant was basically empty and I still could not find him anywhere. Overall, it was about a 2 star experience.

First off we always come here and the service and food have been great but it is kinda pricey. The reason why we come to this restaurant is because our friend plays in the band. We went tonight and the waitress seemed like she was in a bad mood, slamming drinks and food on the table. My husband asked about the tres leches cake, and asked if it was good, and it really wasn’t good at all. She was taking my friends order and told my friends, well this guy is being rude. Ignored me and my husband the rest of the night. Didn't even ask if we wanted refills or if we were good, only asked our friends and refilled their drinks. When I asked for the check she was asking my friend what we ordered with her back to me, and I was telling her what we had and still her back was to us. When we left she preceded to talk bad about my husband to my friends saying that if my husband didn't shut up that she was going to throw the cake in his face. That is very rude to say when we left. Why didn't she tell us that to our face. I will not be coming here again.

Salad tasted dirty and hardly any in the plate ... u call that a loaded bake potato onion sour cream butter and some nasty white cheese and it was cold and hard and the steak was rare and I ask for medium and the server say what u want me to do really make a new one only to put bake on grill no that makes it dry .. dont get there nasty egg rolls omg stick to steak and learn how to cook them right

The tables were very dirty we had to move 3 times the service started out good then we were forgotten. The prime steak was not worth 42 dollars it was very gressy, a cold bake potateo the breakfest was cold old potatoesnot tasty the coffee tasted old, the Salas dip were not named and the were horrable tasteing the restant was not busy the casino was not busy at all Humm i understand it looks like they need better Cooks and workerks

I travel from Colorado to Arizona often and tonight I stayed at Route 66 Hotel. BEAUTIFUL! But what was more beautiful than the room was my waitress, Andrea. She was “on it”! I Got acknowledged and served right away.. Order the Mahi Mahi tacos, bring t everything looked amazing, melt in your mouth. I’ll be making Route 66 my regular stay over ♥️

I had dinner here last night. Food was on cue along with customer service. Amber was great. Breakfast was a whole different story. The busses was so rude. Right from the get go. No greeting just how many, she grabbed the menu and I followed her to my table and she stared here there and walked away. Ugh!! She really set the mood. I just got up and left.

I ate here last night. I got the soup, salad and salsa bar. I also ate the birria tacos.

On a scale from 1-10 I give this place a 3 star. This is purely based on the food taste and quality. They do have a wide selection of food from New Mexican, bbq and seafood.

Let’s begin with the salsa bar, a lot of items you could tell were old. The fruit was a lil slimey, the “elote” style corn rated like artificially flavored bacon, the salsas weren’t labeled so you didn’t know what you were getting. I thought they offered queso but it was not. It looked like queso but tasted horrible, I can’t even describe the taste. The chips were also stale.

When it came to my entree, the birria tacos, they looked okay but they were the worse tasting birria I’ve ever had. They had a deep chili powder taste and the consume was thick almost like applesauce and it tasted gross. The meat was tender but that’s basically the highlight. The corn tortillas were soggy.

We finished off with the fried ice cream. It was the best thing that we ate but it was gritty and soggy at the same time. I couldn’t really explain, I guess you’ll have to decide for yourself.

Serviced was good but there wasn’t any follow up whether or not the food was good. Though I heard my waiter ask another table he didn’t ask us. But when you don’t eat all of your food should be a red flag. Waiter should have had some intuition in that.

All in all, I wouldn’t be back. Try Laguna burger. Probably is better.

Was told we would have a 5 to 10 minute wait to be seated. I checked in after 45 minutes to see what was going on. We had not moved on the list at all and told they had to seat their VIPs first. Not very professional!! Won’t be going back to this place.

Service was good. Small lunch menu. Had a salad soup and chip bar for 10.99. Chips were hard but would’ve been a good deal beyond that. Kitchen seemed to be struggling a bit but we’re still getting the food out.
