A cozy restaurant with excellent New Mexican breakfast choices (they serve other things but we were there for breakfast). I had stacked enchiladas (my favorite NM breakfast option) with a side of calabacitas. My wife had the blue corn waffle. Both were excellent. Service was terrific. Order at the counter and sit back and wait for the deliciousness to roll.

The food was amazing, sorry we came so close to closing time, I didn't realize we were so late. The staff were very kind and there were so many options on the menu I wanted to try but I only had room for one entree.

Not Tia Betty Blues anymore, but the food seems to be the same quality. The menu seems to be a bit smaller. Still highly recommended.

I took my friends for their first taste of New Mexican cuisine. We were not disappointed! I had my best blue corn green chile enchilada since I returned to New Mexico. The atmosphere was charming, calm and relaxed. The service was friendly and helpful. When I had car trouble in the parking lot after the meal, the staff and owners were wonderful. They actually solved the car trouble with grace, patience, and generosity. I'll be back. Thanks for a great experience!

Dietary restrictions: I was impressed to see that there are vegan options, and vegetarian and gluten free chile is available. My daughter will be able to eat here.

WOW. Dropped in for breakfast before my flight. Best decision ever. Service was AMAZING. All staff were very attentive and upbeat. My omelette with red/green chile was AMAZING. Green had awesome heat and red was very savory. Fruit was perfectly ripened and fresh. Will DEFINITELY come back next time I’m in town.

First time here since new ownership. I loved that 1/2 orders were options so I could indulge in both a savory and sweet choice. Even the 1/2 portion alone would have been enough food for me!! I enjoyed the breakfast bowl with delicious adovada and the French toast with lavender whipped cream. I wish I could eat that whipped cream every day!! My husband ordered a blue corn waffle with chile and eggs. The chile had good heat. We will return to try more. Would recommend.

Food was tasty but wayyyyyyy too spicy. Enchiladas and waffle both gave stomach aches for hours after. They give you a number and then a lady walked around with food asking everyone “what did you order, what did you order?” Very disorganized. There was a line for lunch but we won’t be back…

Best New Mexican food in ABQ! Plus vegetarian options. Not a bad item on the menu. Cute patio with tie-down & water bowl for Rover. VERY popular on in the weekends so visit Wednesday - Friday. Drive thru window for phone ahead orders. Closes at 2pm. Truly a Jewel in SE Albuquerque!

I write this review with love. I have eaten at Tia Bs (previous establishment) almost every weekend for many years. It was the best and most reliable breakfast burrito and New Mexican breakfast food on the SE side of town. I tried to continually support the new management after it became Blue Sky Cafe several months ago. The staff did not seem to change, but every weekend I was increasingly disappointed as they changed seemingly every ingredient and food packaging option. Now, I can’t bring myself to go there anymore. The food is unrecognizable to what it used to be. Please raise your prices so that you are able to again make high quality traditional New Mexican food! You are worth it! I cannot be alone in this opinion.
