The chef did a great job with substitutions (check photo). Also brought us a nice complimentary kale salad. Nothing vegan on the menu but the accommodated wonderfully!

A cozy restaurant with excellent New Mexican breakfast choices (they serve other things but we were there for breakfast). I had stacked enchiladas (my favorite NM breakfast option) with a side of calabacitas. My wife had the blue corn waffle. Both were excellent. Service was terrific. Order at the counter and sit back and wait for the deliciousness to roll.
The food was amazing, sorry we came so close to closing time, I didn't realize we were so late. The staff were very kind and there were so many options on the menu I wanted to try but I only had room for one entree.
