Servers asked for a tip before we’d even been served or eaten our food. This defeats the purpose of a tip. I happily tip generously, but not before we’ve even been served food and interacted with the waiter. For two very small breakfasts (one waffle with strawberries and one sausage + eggs + maybe hash browns, can’t remember), we were charged $38+. We had to fetch our own condiments and napkins ourselves. All the servers did was take our order at the front and then bring it out after a nearly 30 minute wait! None of the servers were particularly friendly, a few were even gruff/short, I guess because the place was overflowing and they had a lot on their hands. The food itself was alright, but not worth nearly $40.

The food was delicious! A little bit of a wait, and my order got mixed up but the food made up for it.

Super friendly staff, huge food portions. Atmosphere is noisy, though, and a challenge if you have hearing issues.

The vegan corn waffle they have is excellent. Piled high with beans, avocado, chile, and veggies. Good bang for your buck and sure to fill you up.
Update: since changing new management, the prices have seemingly gone up, and additionally the waffle I had today was not as crispy as I recall them being. Quality has gone down.

I used to love coming here when it was Tia Bs. I asked for over easy eggs and borderline raw eggs. Yolk was uncooked and I had hair on my gravy.

It’s a mix of self-service and dine-in vibes, and they offer three kinds of seating i.e. cozy indoor seating by the fireplace, outdoor seating in the sun, and a peaceful garden seating area. We tried the blueberry lavender waffles and the apple cobbler — both were AMAZING. The blueberry dish had a corn-waffle base that really elevated the flavors, and the apple cobbler is seasonal and an absolute must-try. The puff-pastry waffle base was incredible.
Also, don’t miss their Mocha Mexicana — highly recommended.

I have really mixed opinions here. We waited in line for about 20 minutes. While waiting in line an argument broke out between customers. We ordered lattes and food to go. Coffee was delicious however we waited 40 minutes for our food. Only to get it with two missing items. We called the place multiple times and no answer. Was the place good? Yeah, would we go back again? Most likely no.
