Tried Tia B’s for the first time today. The blue corn waffle was ?? so good!! Honey cinnamon latte was sweet for my taste but still delicious. I can’t wait to try their other dishes.
Very cute idea with the menu, and they had a good selection of items to choose from. I ordered the Ranchero waffles. Honestly the most flavor was in the waffle; the eggs and chili were bland. The place is packed as well, with people fighting for a table and feeling rushed out because there are people standing waiting for a table to open up. The servers and bussers were nice and food came out quicker than expected.
If I am not mistaken, Ashlee was the employee that made my experience worth while. They made sure I felt at home, accommodated my allergies, offered incredible kindness, and madee feel at home. Special thanks to this person and I will be returning due to their customer service.
