The service was amazing, they brought the food to the car! Unfortunately, they didn't have the Cali burrito which we were looking forward to, but the smash burger and bollywood to hollywood fries were amazing!
PLEASE HIRE SOMEONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. It feels like every time I go to place an order, whoever is there acts as though it's their first day. Like, just let me back there, and I'll charge myself damn. Good burgers, though.
Food is ok. The app really tries to force you to tip which is frustrating because the food is pricey and we have to pick up our own food, so I'm not sure what we are tipping for. Especially when we experience poor customer service, as the gentleman was pretty rude when we picked up our food. Probably will pick the other food truck next time.
