Topgolf Albuquerque

Greg was incredibly attentive and welcoming, even though we only ordered water and fries since we planned to eat elsewhere after our session. He never made us feel rushed or unwelcome — instead, he remained genuinely hospitable and accommodating the entire time.

I go here pretty frequently for their league play and sometimes just to watch games in their bar area. Food is always good and service is usually quick and nice.

After 1 week of being a Platinum member I’m beginning to regret spending money for their monthly club membership. Now that I’m a member I find that I must have my bill corrected after every visit. I’m referring to food and nonalcoholic beverage service. Now that I’m a member it seems like TopGolf is trying to exclude me from any other savings and also over charge me every time. I showed a manager all my receipts today and the answer I received was, “This happens every now and then to everyone.”

I know how hard the hosts work for the customers so I tip from 75-100% on every check. I’m bothered that I must show them what corrections must be made and then they need to let the manager know so it can be corrected. The manager I spoke with today, without hesitation, placed the blame on my host. I doubt it, since I purchased this monthly membership and golf for free now, someone or something (POS system) is deliberately overcharging me on every visit with such conscious inaccuracies. Please fix this issue because I enjoy this place, except for the complacent manager from today, to take my family for a good time. In the last 2 weeks I’ve visited over 5 times with new people every time. Spending money every time to go with the free golf I receive from being a member.

But I can’t see myself continuing to visit with such incorrigible behavior or tactics. This may be just some big mistake or I may just be aggravated and dissatisfied by this manager’s cynical and laxed generalization of the situation. He could not pass off blame fast enough.

The food poisoning overshadowed the whole experience. My husband and I ordered Bone in wings along side the mac&cheese bites, two of the chicken wings were partially undercooked, before we left the building, my husband was already beginningto feel nauseous and was full blown sick by the time we got home (10min car ride). The golf game was fun of course, the service was kind of slow but our waiter was friendly.... Order food at your own risk!

Two times this past week I visited the Albuquerque location, and both times the service was atrocious. My first visit I ordered waters and pretzel bites, took almost 40 minutes to get my waters, while the pretzel bites arrived promptly.

The second visit was with a group and again, in order to get food and drinks ordered we had to hunt down our server in order to do so. I would seek an alternative golf experience in Albuquerque.

It was awesome the prices are great especially for a large party. Only thing was the service could have been a bit better our bay host was great but her servers weren't delivering some of the drinks unless reminded.

Everything about Topgolf and this location is excellent. Affordable, outside fun for family during the Monday - Thursday special. We had a problem with a gift card and the manager was gracious in taking care of it.

Manuel is the best He helped accomplish the best goal I ever had: TO MAKE MY SON feel welcomed and able to have fun here at top golf we will definitely be returning thanks Manuel!

Wow this place is ran down. Had reservations at 415 got there round 4pm. Ask the very rude female at the front if we start. Before I could finish she spoke over me n said no no we have an hr wait. Rude.
We got to bay. The the machine kept not functioning on us throughout the game times. Remind you pay per 30min to play. Ordered food for the family. Don't waste your time or money. You get very little for the cost paid $14 for nachos and got like 8 chips. 3 out of the 5 chairs at our table could not even be used they where broken. Had to go inside to the waiter and waitress area and asked somebody. I'm Frank to give me refills on drinks. Went to the bathroom and there was no tp at all
Management needs to put money back into this place.

Show up 45 minutes early and wouldn't start us early even though they were still accepting walk ins and still accepting online bookings for 30 minutes earlier. Food and drink service was much faster than any other top golf I've been to.
