We had never golfed before and had so much fun with all the games and such. Greats drinks, good food (the hummus was to die for), excellent service. We're hoping to sit in Manuel's section again; he was so attentive and fun!

We've been to Top Golf in a half dozen states and this one is probably my least favorite, or second to least. The golf part is fun as always, self explanatory and just an awesome time. The service was also good and the staff nice for the most part although when requesting a bay on the top floor on a dead Sunday morning, we weren't afforded any consideration and were on the ground level... still can't figure out why!??? Don't like that there's only 2 levels although I was told it was due to height restrictions. Also didn't like the fact that it was DIRTY! Seat cushions were ripped, tattered and had food or gunk all over them. I wasn't comfortable sitting! Also annoyed that they were OUT of straws!!! What kinda place that serves food/drinks runs out of straws and doesn't fix it?!! Finally, the ball dispensers kept acting up and were super slow to feed balls. Overall, love the concept and the view... just not as nice as I expect of Top Golf for the prices charged.

The staff from checking in was arrogant and nasty . Staff not wearing name tags (Brandon) he was rude and wouldn't give me his name . From walking in the door the staff is rude and condescending as if they own the place i asked Brandon his name which he refused to give. We were seated at a bay after waiting 2 hours . We ordered lemon pepper wings bone in , the kitchen brought out boneless Parmesan wings . The kitchen staff said she couldnt take the food back to the kitchen which she said she was going to leave the wrong order and bring the correct order. After 5 minutes jacob the team lead runs over and tells us we are going to pay for our order and he doesnt care cause some pieces were eaten because we were hungry after waiting for the bay then the food .then jacob and devaun come over together like they were a gang to inform us we were wrong and because the order was wrong i server felt we were hostile .... we never even spoke to the server she didnt ask about our food . The manager a young lady names isabell came over to resolve the issue. Then devaun come over to bring us our checks with a very nasty antagonistic attitude and said only he could handle the check. I asked him why was he being so hostile . He said it was his job. I asked are you being serious . Isabell then walks over and states she was handling the bill which again she then takes care of us . Please watch the video and interaction . Are their gang members who work here terrorizing paying customers ? Is there any type or control in this establishment? Why are we being threatened over chicken tenders? Why are team leads walking around with u controlled attitudes ? Please we need answers.

After reviewing them in google they emailed to have me do the same thing which was talk to the managersFive days still nothing . No solution , just have 1200$ in pending payments to topgolfWent over here with some friends to play some golfPaid went to leave realized they charged my card eight different times for the same amount ended up being around $1,200$... Ruined my nightThere was really no action taken to correct the mistake they just gave me a couple of business cards and told me they don't know what happened, must've been a glitch in the systemWhile I don't have they $ in my account still three days laterHad to file for fraudDon't give them your cardJust pay with cash

We had the absolute worse customer service experience with top golf this morning! I booked a bay yesterday so I can take my family out and enjoy a Sunday at top golf. Unfortunately, it is pouring and the winds are so strong it was hard to even open the car door. I called and asked if I can have a refund or rain check on my deposit and the employee rudely told me that it is not their fault the weather is the way it is and to either come in and play or leave it doesn’t matter to them. Needless to say I had to cancel my reservation and lose my deposit.

Food is surprisingly good. I’d get the wings without hesitation. Pricey but what’s new? The wrap was alright, not enough flavor. The gameplay is good too. The half off Tuesdays are the only time worth going but just my two cents.

The donut holes were so good, the chocolate cookie skillet tastes like a brownie and the margaritas were good.Wheelchair accessibility: Tall tables were a bit uncomfortable. But we could have requested a booth if we would have known our friend in a wheelchair was joining.
they were out of like almost everything like some cringe jocks they had no mac and cheese ? and they didn’t bring my lefty clubs for a whole hour like what the fweaking gyatt im so mad do not come here terrible

Jenny and her team did an amazing job of helping me pull off a last minute birthday surprise for my son. The level of detail and care put into our experience by the Topgolf team was next-level and gave my son a core memory of how fantastic his birthday experience was. You guys are amazing!!!!!!
