Tous Cafe Bistro is a quiet, clean, and calm spot in Albuquerque with a fabulous atmosphere and beautiful decor, both inside and out. The vibe is great and the atmosphere is truly unmatched. The staff is super friendly, very kind, and welcoming, providing great service. The menu is small but the food is amazing, absolutely delicious, and great. Specific highlights include fantastic hummus and pita, outstandingly flavorful dolmas, excellent tabouli, and one of the best falafel wraps. The chicken shawarma, beef schwarma, and GYRO are very good. The chicken falls off the bone. Portions are generous. For drinks, the coffee and matcha are great, and the affogato is also great. The place is good for coffee, shawarma, or a romantic date night. It is a place to enjoy top-tier hummus, puff on a smooth hookah, and watch the sunset from a cozy private patio. Prices are good and it is a 10/10 place that is definitely recommended.
