Came in, sat down for 25+ minutes and was never helped. Got my food from the truck outside, ate it and thought about how the place wasn't even crowded. 2 women Beertending. Terrible service.
They need more bartenders it’s crazy packed and ridiculously hard to even order a drink because the bartender is slammed and doing whatever else
Amazing service, and drinks
My favorite place to have drinks and unwind. Great service
The west side Tractor location is a small minimalist neighborhood establishment. I appreciate there being a nearby in & out place to take someone for a craft beer. I’ve always like the beer at their larger east side location. I moved into a home nearby. I finally had a chance to visit this place. I have a few critiques as someone who has been a business consultant in the past and family businesses. They need better signage or direction about what to do. Assume it’s a new customer walking in who has no idea how things work. I walked in with a friend to sit at a table. There were two people at the bar. The bartender wasn’t busy. I had the impression the bartender wasn’t going to walk out from behind the bar and over to our table to take an order or offer anything. People shouldn’t guess what they need to do to get drinks. I went up to the bar and looked at the wall to order a couple of drinks. I asked if they had food. I had wrongly assumed they did because on the outside window of the place was signage about downloading a menu. The bartender said there was pizza next door and a food truck sometimes comes in the evening. I would have liked knowing that before going in. I almost asked the bartender for a couple of glasses of water. When I sat back down I saw a table by the wall with what looked like a water station. Put signage above it indicating it’s a water station. Post signage outside and inside about food and how it can be ordered from next door and the specific schedule for the food truck nights. Consider teaming up with the pizza owner and building management to open an inside door between the establishments. I did this in Santa Fe (caveat of signage posted that no alcoholic drinks leave the brewery side) and we both increased our sales. Are drinks ordered at the bar or are they supposed to visit the tables? I walked out not knowing. Teach the bartenders to up-sale the product by asking, “Hello, have you been here before?”. “Here’s how everything works” and ask the patrons what they may be interested in if it’s their first time. You’ll sell more and gain repeat customers. You have one shot to get it right for first timers. Tighten up the window signage, the process and staff training. The place is clean. The beer is good. Three stars.
Great drinks, service, and an easy-going place to enjoy with friends and family.

SO happy to have our favorite beertender, Laurel, so close to us! Such a fun little spot to visit - great beer and cocktails and yummy food trucks. Definitely recommend visiting when Laurel is working - she makes you feel at home and like a regular (even if you're not! <3)
Its was great seeing our favorite server Laurel at Tractor Westside yesterday. The beer was great and atmosphere very friendly. Haven’t been here in awhile even though we live nearby but we’ll be stopping by much more often now.
Great to see my favorite beertender Laurel back in action on the Westside!! Great experience and looking forward to a new regular spot.

The only person more excited than me to see my favorite Albuquerque bartender Laurel is my dog Tina. Lovely spot, fantastic beers, friendly people - and pet friendly too! ❤️
Just a simple shout out to Laurel. She’s a homie and a badass. I liked Tractor already, but the new management is making my experience(s) so much better.
Beer and atmosphere were both great. Dog friendly! Laurel was awesome and super helpful.
