We walked in and the people working were on their phones they got our food out pretty fast the lettuce was super old and hard and the smoothie was plain but overall it was good

Ordered a smoothie, it came out quickly. I asked for a spoon, which they provided, but it was a short one, not very conducive for a smoothie.

Wow! Kids these days. The Young lady working with the glasses on just now with a piss poor attitude on her face with absolutely ZERO customer service skills.. She had us standing there over 5 min when she clearly knew we were standing right at the register. She clearly wanted to finish what she was doing before acknowledging us. Plus there was no one ahead of us, We were the only ones there. Do better!

Ordered pickup today and the lettuce and tomatoes in my wrap were wilted and bad, food made me and my husband sick right away. Seeing recent reviews it seems not only am I not alone but the owner clearly hasn't thoroughly checked their stock or trained their employees to do so.

I went here this morning and the customer service was very poor. I had been waiting for almost 30 minutes. They are very rude there. As I was standing in front by the wooden table the lady still dint say anything she continued to walk around not saying a word she looked at me a few times to. By the time someone else walked in she took their order I went up to them and I said I been waiting here for for almost 30 minutes. The lady tells me "oh you need to be standing in front of the register." I did not see no sign where to stand for them to take my oder. The lady that was in front of me was getting her order taken in front of the wooden table. As I was leaving another customer came in standing same spot where I was either way customers should be acknowledged doesn't matter where they are standing. Sadly this was my second time coming here and they are just rude. Never going here again.

I continue to have issues with service being rude. I order a curbside pickup because I have issues with mobility, and when I call to inform the employees I am here, they just say ok. Left my food on the counter for over 10 min forcing me to leave my vehicle to get the item. All while they stood there staring at me in my vehicle laughing. After I got my food and went home, it was wrong. I will NOT be returning.

Based on the reviews I’m not the only one who continues to have issues with the staff HIRE BETTER PEOPLE.

Girl in purple shirt at 4:54 pm was vaping and eating behind the front counter on 7/25. The entire staff was eating and not washing their hands before preparing people’s food. This is a call to the state at this point for not providing a safe place for food preparation.

Two weeks in a row my drinks were ready but my food wasn't even though they open at 8:00 shouldn't they have all their equipments ready to do foods? I got my refund for the first week but the second refund they said that they'll write it on the ticket or receipt and they'll reimburse me. What if they lose that receipt and they never reimburse me.? when I worked in the kitchen we come in an hour and a half early to get prep and our equipments ready for service. I never got my refund for the second one wasn't happy in the morning.
