Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I've been to multiple Tropical Smoothie and they've all made my drinks perfectly fine and very delicious. This is the first time I've ever gone to a Tropical Smoothie and the drink just tasted gross like they just added no sweetener at all and they burley blended my drink I didn't read the reviews coming but I guess reading them now. It makes sense very disappointed

I have given this location multiple chances and they just cannot get it together. As someone who worked at a Tropical smoothie for 8+ years the managers should be ashamed of how they let this store run as well as the owner. They always forget the sides with my meal, my boyfriends smoothie NEVER gets made properly, customers will stand at the register waiting for 5+ minutes someone to even acknowledge them. It’s absolute chaos.
I’ve noticed “the owner” on multiple occasions “comment” on these reviews but not one change has been made. This is a sad excuse for a cafe and I can guarantee if I managed this location this crap wouldn’t fly and we would be the best store in NM. This is pathetic. Do better. And if the Manager is the older woman in there with the glasses she needs to take courses on how to run a store, absolutely NO communication or people skills at all. The teenagers some what have an excuse but she does not, but as I said, if I managed this store this BS WOULD NOT FLY

We walked in and the people working were on their phones they got our food out pretty fast the lettuce was super old and hard and the smoothie was plain but overall it was good

Ordered a smoothie, it came out quickly. I asked for a spoon, which they provided, but it was a short one, not very conducive for a smoothie.

Wow! Kids these days. The Young lady working with the glasses on just now with a piss poor attitude on her face with absolutely ZERO customer service skills.. She had us standing there over 5 min when she clearly knew we were standing right at the register. She clearly wanted to finish what she was doing before acknowledging us. Plus there was no one ahead of us, We were the only ones there. Do better!

Ordered pickup today and the lettuce and tomatoes in my wrap were wilted and bad, food made me and my husband sick right away. Seeing recent reviews it seems not only am I not alone but the owner clearly hasn't thoroughly checked their stock or trained their employees to do so.
