Absolutely despicable service and since is the second bad experience I will never return and will tell all my social media to be weary. I placed an order online that says it would be ready at 2:10 and upon arriving at 3 was told there was no order like the screen showing their address and order placed and paid for they all look at each other like this ain't my responsibility, then I ask for the managers name, to then be told yeah I can't tell you that. So I said do you have corporates information and she told me to search it online. The first bad experience was placing an order and being told what time to arrive and the store being closed. Location is across from cottonwood Mall. If you guys ever plan to have more than 2 stores in Albuquerque you guys should hire people that care and are nonchalant about the work they do. This is definitely the last time ever servicing this company and from the other reviews I see why. Can't wait to go live and tell my experience.

Just visited this location and disappointed is a complete understatement. The young lady at the counter's attitude and body language appeared as if it was a bother for me to be there. Not once greeted us, was slamming things and over all RUDE! The most unfortunate part is there appeared to be a member of management behind the counter that witnessed and failed to correct the behavior. Keva juice here I come!

Went in just now to get my online order of two smoothies and a quesadilla. The smoothies were ready but the quesadilla was not and the girl working there said it would be ready soon. She then hands me someone elses sandwich but then i ask about the side and she realized she gave me the wrong order so she starts making my quesadilla super fast and when i got in my car to enjoy it, the chicken was cold and undercooked. She should have cooked the quesadilla for the correct amount of time as I wasnt even complaining about the wait or anything. I am very patient and would have waited longer to have a better experience.

I would give negative stars if I could. The first complaint I let go and decided to try a second time. So I returned and waited over 20 minutes for my order. The associates were just standing around talking, speaking in unprofessional manner around myself and one other customer eating. After 20 minutes go by I ask where my order was since there were no orders on the screen and they were just standing around.. she asked what I ordered and it was just sitting in a bag on the back counter. I grabbed it and left. When I opened my wrap, they didn’t cut it, give me utensils for my side or napkins. Poor unprofessional service. Young kids no work ethic. Will not be returning.

I walked in and ordered a smoothie and they told me they can’t serve smoothies? All rude too lol sorry I wanted to give you my money. Figured the name of this place meant differently. Save your time and visit a competitor smoothie joint. There’s Keva Juice right around the corner from this place.

Pretty stressful when you’re waiting for your smoothie. Been over five minutes and it’s just sitting in the blender while the employees chat and order Starbucks on their phone.Asked for a refund and I got attitude and was told it’s only been sitting in the blender for two minutes and isn’t bad in quality.As a paying customer I didn’t get my product. But all three of your employees in this picture got their Starbucks order in and paid over $30 for it because the one who paid complained about it.EDIT TO ADD; Also, as I reviewed the refund receipt they didn’t refund the $2.50 tip I left them. I’ll be calling corporate and providing a copy of my bank statement for proof.

The staff is rarely friendly here not gonna lie, but they hustle to get your food ready and someone's that matters more. I always then for getting orders out within 5 to 10 minutes for having to make smoothies and food! They are very consistent and always delicious. About 15 bucks for a smoothie and medium sized flatbread. I love the breakfast options after a workout. Healthy and tasty.

I come here every once in a while the ladies are very nice the food is also good they make the smoothies fast I really like getting the beach bum smoothie the beach bum smoothie has strawberry banana and peanut butter I also like to add way protein I have also tried another smoothie I believe it is called the island detox Sometimes that 1 has too much of a Ginger flavor Overall it is a good place to get smoothies I do think their ingredients are fresh I think this place is best as a grab and go place!
