All these 1 stars don't surprise me at all. This place has sub par smoothies, makes me wish there was a keva juice here instead. AWFUL customer service. Workers all act like they hate their job and the manager is one of the most LAZIEST person in food service I've ever seen. He acts angry and spiteful every time you come in and want to order something. Why would you be in food service if you don't want to serve food to people? They never have the ingredients you want add, the manager always says he has them on "backorder" someone fire this guy please, he sucks. Wish I could give a negative one star.
This location does not exist! It is an Enterprise Car Rental.

I was really excited to give this place a try but honestly was very disappointed and won’t be going back . The customer service was absolutely awful and the smoothies weren't much better .

Came in at 8:30 for some food and was told they're no longer serving food, why stay open if you're not serving food, just close up, go home and stop disappointing people
Ordered a wrap with no ranch because of allergies and when I went home to eat it, there was ranch. These people don’t care about your life and they took my money. I live far away so it’s not worth driving back asking for another.
The smoothie was fine, but I feel like I was tricked into tipping. My total wa 7.11 and I gave the girl a ten, but then only after she entered it did she left me know she didn't have change. I told her I had the 11 cents, *to make a even 3 dollars back* she said no and she couldn't undo it and just handed the 2 bills and said nothing else i most like would have put my change I a tip jar anyways but now I feel used.
Walked in and was basically ignored while the two employees were talking in the back. What is the purpose of having a bell as customers walk in. Had to get their attention to be served. One of them acted like she was annoyed that we got their attention. Sigh. Will try again I guess.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an online order and when I picked it up, they wrote on my cup, “ Chavez Sux”. If they did this, what else did they do? Spit in my food? There were three girls working there and they were all horrible. Every single one should be fired. This is what you want to represent at your store? WHAT A JOKE!
I love the smoothies. Only problem that I have it’s this location opens at 7 . Doors are locked until 7:10. At 7 am employees are still putting chairs and cleaning .
they messed up my order and wouldn’t remake it i was told i have to purchase a whole new beverage after i already paid $22 for only two drink it’s ridiculous
Recently stopped in during my food tour of Albuquerque and purchased a smoothie that was poorly made with chunks of protein unblended. I called in and a shift leader informed me to contact the GM the next day. I came back to and was asked if I took a photo or anything and I told him the young lady didn't tell me to do so. He informed that she was new and that he couldn't remake it. I told him understandable and that im not from here but thats not good customer service. His manager was not trained properly and cost the location good business.
Great service the manager at this store rocks.... good job
