Efarin was our server. Very kind and super attentive. They said they didnt have all theer usual meats in stock but it was all still delicious and plenty of everything.

First off the New York Strip steak they served was grey and looked like pork and smelled rotten. The bacon wrapped sirloin made me throw up in my mouth. My dad tried the sausage and it made him nauseous. The smell from all the raw meat at the table made everyone feel nauseous and my plate was covered in blood. The Garlic Beef was also red. The waiter was good and the manager did not make us pay.

My fiancé and I went there and place was empty but they couldn’t find a table for us we were waiting and the lady was rude we just left not coming back

Food was good but not what I expected for Thanksgiving. We got sat near the bar so we were usually the last to get any meats brought to our table.. the check in process was crazy. No buzzer to hold when your table is ready they take your name when you wlakin the door and then look for you or yell your name when your table is ready. The salad bar was great and everything on it was fresh and tasty. Just disappointed in the turkey part. Our first time eating out at a restaurant for Thanksgiving in 18 years.. the manager was great very friendly. His customer service was great he even told the people coming to the tables with food to plz start on our side for a few rounds. Super sweet thank you for the experience!!!!

I have been to this place a bunch of times and really enjoy the food. Yesterday, we picked up a Thanksgiving dinner from this restaurant. It was really awesome. The meat was top notch along with the size. The staff that assisted me were really great. I am very thankful and look forward to coming back to try the outside patio.

Tonight I had one of the most embarrassing moments of my entire life happen at this restaurant and our server, Juliette, handled it with such grace and maturity while holding my dignity in her hands, so delicately....the manager, a gentleman who probably told me his name, but in the midst of my nightmare I didn't catch, was also so unbelievably kind....I just can't. We have eaten here for the last three Thanksgivings. In the middle of my personal nightmare I didn't even want to reveal that, but we come back because the food is amazing, the service is unparalleled and now, after what happened to tonight I will go TO THE MAT for this restaurant! Such amazing staff being led by an amazing manager....what's NOT to love??? From the bottom of my heart.....🥹

For the last 4 years, for Thanksgiving, my family has dined at Tucanos Brazilian Grill. We have never had a meal that we enjoyed so much. Tucanos is our go-to place for Thanksgiving and anytime. We have never had a bad experience.

What's the point of a reservation if you get sat more than 30 minutes later? They're truly the airlines of upscale restaurants- overbooking galore! I've been here for Thanksgiving two years in a row and each time our service has been awful. If you're looking for somewhere to spend $40 a person plus tip, please consider something else!

Steak meats were super rare when offered, salad bar was disappointing as there wasn’t mashed potatoes cheese ball’s weren’t restocked no rolls were restocked either and just very disappointing overall
