I brought two friends to Tucanos to experience their 1st Brazilian grill. We live over two hours away. I had checked the website & they offered lunch service until 3pm. We got there at 2pm.Unfortunately the service was bad. Everything brought to the table was lukewarm at best. Most of the selections seemed to be the burnt fatty ends of the meat. There were very few meat selections compared to other Brazilian grill/steakhouse I've been to. There was zero pork served. A few times they came around with skewers that didnt have enough meat on them to serve 3 people. It was a very disappointing experience. If Tucanos advertises they serve lunch until 3pm, then they should offer their full service until 3pm. I had wanted to try this Tucanos forever, then got the opportunity & was so let down. BUT I will say the pineapple was marvelous! By far the best thing of the meal.

We came here to celebrate two birthdays with a small group however, our experience was not very good. Our waiter, Rudy, was not attentive to our table throughout our meal. We had to ask several times for water before it was brought to us by another waiter. Rudy seemed very disinterested when we would request water or had questions regarding dessert. One person in our group went to the salad bar and found a hard piece of plastic that hurt his tooth. When asked if we could redeem one of our friend's free meals through the app, we were met with much difficulty from our waiter and the manager. Overall, the food was pretty good, but the service was so incredibly slow. It did not make for a good experience.

We love this place and have been going for years. There is a server there named James that is on top of his game. Kind and accommodating. We like our meat rare and it's kinda hard to come by unless we specifically ask for that and James was great at making sure we got what we wanted. Especially since it was my birthday.

Okay I never leave reviews unless the experience stands WAY out good or bad. But OMG I am sorry to say we had our WORST experience ever at a restaurant here today.The food and the atmosphere was good but our waitress… OMG I don’t know if she is TRYING to get herself fired or just doesn’t care, but it was down right LAUGHABLE at how little she cared.It was just me and my wife at around 2pm and the place was practically empty but for just a couple tables. After we were seated, we didn’t see her again for about an hour and a half. Yes that’s right… an hour and a half!!! And when she came back up to our table it was merely just to tell us how much we owe. Really? Talk about pure LAZINESS. We told her that we wanted to try some drinks and that we were not ready to leave. It was also my wife’s birthday so we wanted some cake. She then asked if we wanted it to go lol. It’s as if she was TRYING to get rid of us. She came back with the drinks (not that good tbh) about 20 minutes later. She actually had the audacity to say “sorry about the wait, we’re getting slammed”. Really? It’s a spacious restaurant with maybe only 3-5 tables to wait on lol. and we didn’t even receive the cake.It was about $50-something with my wife’s meal free (or so it should have been do to it being her birthday). So 1 meal, two drinks, and a cake that we never received. The sad part is I actually pressured myself in leaving a 15% tip that this girl did not deserve in the least bit. It was literally the worst service I’ve ever had in my life.I don’t know her name but she’s skinny and has a nose ring. She really doesn’t deserve that job. We did see another waitress working that actually did her job. Needless to say that this experience is a one and done for us.

What a wonderful surprise, the restaurant has been completely redone to a lovely comfortable dining room, first the reception and staff in dining room were all so pleasant now for the food, the choice was varied and tasty, warm and cold choices plus a wide variety of meats with favorites like turkey wrapped in bacon, most tender brisket and some Brazilian beef dish so tasty plus many other meats that kept on coming! Thank you for a lovely experience!

Great food. The pineapple is mouth watering. Endless rounds of scrumptious Brazilian grilled foods. Fish, pork, steak, chicken, veggies, something for everyone!! Beats the competitors hands down. Spend a few hours and go downtown. I highly recommend using the street parking meters. Easy in, easy out. Chao!

We took a group of 7 to Tucanos and the manager greeted us. We were seated quickly, however this was during a less busy time. The servers were nice and the atmosphere was great. The food was delicious. We all preferred meat medium to well done and the servers were more than happy to accommodate us. We enjoyed our lunch and we would recommend this restaurant.
