Good place for a laid back dinner/lunch, the server was helpful and I appreciated that they let you pick different sides. The food was basic diner fare, but not anything to write home about. The prices were reasonable which may be why its such a favorite.

Dont go here unless you like tasteless food from a kitchen thats afraid to season their dishes. Reading the rest of the reviews, it seems like a common disappointment. That is so sad because I drive down Paseo every day and notice this restaurant thinking to myself that there's so much potential with the menu they have. I blame the management for not correcting the kitchens mistakes. Either they fix their kitchen or I pray this restaurant goes under so a better one can take it's place.

Went to Tula's on Paseo about 6 months after it opened with my wife. It wasn't full but seating us took some time. Service was truly poor, slow on getting drinks and taking our order. After some time my wife received her meal while I waited for mine, wrong way to serve a table. I told my wife to enjoy her meal before it went cold. She was almost done before my meal was served. I told the server to cancel my meal due to the delay and asked for my check. The manager, I presume, brought my check and graciously told me I would not be charged for my meal. There was no apology for the poor service the delayed meal, nothing! just a simple here's your check, there's the door. We have never gone back and told countless people not to waste their time or money there. My wife and I love dining out, so it was disappointing that this was so bad.
The flat iron steak was really delicious! We tried it Tula’s way with goat cheese and green chili on top. Delicious!

Super cute ambiance. Clean. Good parking. Fairly safe part of town. Great service. Reasonably priced food. Average food, not great, not terrible.

Slow sevice, food barely warm, wont go back
We were really excited to try this restaurant. Unfortunately, the flies were just too off putting even though we were seated indoor the farthest away from the open patio. It's hard to eat a meal while constantly swatting away flies. My husband had the Prime Rib sandwich with tots and said they were ok, but the au jus didn't taste right. I had the chicken souvlaki sandwich with the quinoa salad on the side. The sandwich was in a very large soft pita and full of grilled chicken. It was delicious and more than I could finish. We also had the unsweetened hibiscus tea. It was so refreshing and good. Hopefully we can revisit in cooler temps when the flies are out of season.

Food was exceptionally good. Not an inexpensive place to eat, but taste is worth it.

came here a while back with friends,
food was meh. they refused to cook my prime rib the way I like it, the mashed potatoes were served cold.
I forgot about that experience, I remembered it wasn't great but thought I'd give it another chance with my family. straight away on ordering they told me I couldn't sub the potatoes for fries since they don't have that as a side anywhere on the menu and yet a steak comes with them. it was a potatoe sub out. But just like last time they don't care about pleasing paying customers. its not a great a great atmosphere. staff just have an overall condescending attitude.

I ordered the flat iron steak and it was loaded with seasoning and had to scrape it all off and asked for some A1 which I rarely eat steaks with. Potatoes were dry. Cosmo wasn't what I expected. Green chile chicken stew was ok, but harldly any meat. Service was ok. Young waitress was uncertain with her replies with my questions. Anyway, this is and will be my only visit here. I should have gone with my second choice, Black Angus, or my go-to, TXRH.

This place is delicious! I had the ribeye and it's one of the juiciest steaks I've had in Albuquerque! The rest of our six person table each got something different and enjoyed everything. Staff was accommodating and super friendly. Definitely going to eat here again!

The food was absolutely delicious. Everything came out hot. Their salads are amazing and beautiful as well as their charcuterie board. Everything was fresh and vibrant. The salmon and steak were cooked perfect. Everything was presented beautifully. We will definitely be back.
