I stopped in while in town for the Balloon Fiesta. I had the Pecorino Cream pasta dish and it was fabulous. Highly recommend! Located in a neat building with other food options available only a few steps away. Perfect if the family is divided on where to go to eat. Worth the stop in! Great atmosphere, too.

I am from out of town and stopped by the Sawmill Market after many recommendations. I walked around for a bit trying to decide on what I wanted to eat and landed on Tulipani Pasta and so glad I did! Their Green Chile Chicken Cream was DELICIOUS!!!! Fresh, hot, the perfect amount of spicy and a decent portion!!!! Can't wait to be back and try their other pastas.

This place is so ridiculously delicious. We had a vodka sauce with burrata and Calabrian peppers (on special) and the creamy lemon and capers pasta. Both were dreamy and decadent. And the pasta was cooked to al dente perfection. Five stars.

Delicious fresh made pasta. I had the Putanesca. It was spicy but absolutely delicious. My wife doesn’t like pasta and she ate about a third of my bowl. The serving is a very healthy portion.

Just had the most incredible green chili and chicken cream pasta at the Sawmill Market! The staff was incredibly friendly. The food was prepared in a matter of minutes, and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Tulipani Pasta for a delightful and satisfying meal! Can't wait to visit again!
my boyfriend and I loveeee Tulipani! we even crave it some days. I just wish it was a bit closer, since we live more towards Rio Rancho, but we always make that drive for their delicious pasta! my favorite is the creamy lemon!

My daughter & I wanted some pasta & we found this place in Sawmill Market. We ordered the Green Chili Chicken Pasta. It's delicious with a little kick...lol Parm cheese was a little much, but it's okay, I am not mad at it! The taste made up for it. Service was great, we waited less than 5 minutes. It depends on how busy they are.
