I've been here twice and both times my food was pretty bad. I don't know what everyone is talking about when they say it's good. I had higher expectations I suppose.

This place is the worst twisters in Albuquerque. I ordered a extra large twisters burrito and it was just a hand held burrito in a container. Where were the fries and the Chilli. The lady at the window is rude as hell. I believe her name is daffne. I will not be using this restaurant ever again horrible service. So I feel I was over charged for what I ordered very shifty service

Ugh. I am so close to being done with Twister's.. they never listen to my order, it's a struggle to repeat my order 3-5 times...I always end up with a " Managers best guess" and a smile that says "White girl, smile back and go. Have a nice daayyyy!" It's always quality food and the flavors are consistent. I am just picky about the build of my burrito.I always recommend, just try not to complicate your order, lolz.

I really want the real owner to connect with me. The service is terrible. I called several times today to oredr a big order for my employees, no one picked up the phone. Last week I ordered my burrito over phone ,waited almost 5 minutes in the drive thru to pick up. The funny thing that I was the only customer in the lane.

This location is ok. I got the enchiladas and they were decent. For fast food, it really is a go to.
I usually get the breakfast burrito but today got the Burque Breakfast Burger. For once a restaurant got an over easy egg right! The egg was perfect and gooey all over the burger and it was seasoned just right. I had to park by the entrance door but the wait was minimal. The gentleman today even brought my doggie a treat he was so nice. Will def be back.
