Paid.80 for extra cheese and didn’t receive and ask for it to be cut in half and only made a slit in the top of burrito so when grabbing one half all my filling fell out and tortilla opened up and tore all weird. Gave 2 chances but same thing happened.

Another great customer service experience. The gentleman taking my order and greeting me at the window was Jordan. I let him know i appreciated the great service and explanation of items I ordered. He told me he works at a couple locations. Smart idea! With service like that, I would have him at as many locations as possible. Thank you Twisters and Jordan!!

I'm sorry but I really like Twister's but this particular restaurant is so slow.
Last night they put up a sign that the speaker was not working so I had to order at the window. 45min later I had my food.
Miraculous! The speaker was working this morning as I drove by. Uggh!!! Frustrating!

Back again and this time, fast and good food! Thanks!

On top of the taco costing almost 5 dollars cause they charge 22 cent for onion!!! It’s cold and no cheese🤔

It was good this time, but this location is hit or miss. When they get it right, they really get it right, but they are extremely inconsistent. I thought I'd take a chance, and this time, they they got it right on, it was very good!

They always charge me for my “extra” potatoes. But often, they never put them in the burrito. Not sure why I keep coming back.

I go to this location for breakfast burritos very early in the morning and they are always fast and pleasant with their service. My burrito has been a little cold on two occasions but I let them know and the problem was fixed.

Typically a great spot, sad to see some locations close. Tonight at the drive thru the person taking orders clearly didn't know the menu and was a bit snarky about it. Soda was flat and the wait is longer than ideal but the food was hot and good. I'll go back and hope whomever is taking orders is in a better mood.

I opened the burrito, and I was eating it, pretty good. I had an egg and cheese burrito, that’s it. But it was dripping like grease or water, whatever it was it was disgusting and the more I ate it the worse it tasted. Did not finish the burrito, do not recommend egg and cheese burrito. 😭

Twisters is alright. Each time I go here to this location though they seem to get my burrito wrong. I don’t like sending food back so I deal with it but it’s annoying to pay money and then your food come out wrong.

A unique fast food experience with New Mexican charm

This tiny burrito was $9 and mediocre. Twisters wanted 3.50 for a small fry - I drove to McDonald's and got a large fry for the same price.

I really, really miss old twisters from 10 years ago. They used to have good portions, amazing food, and fair prices. Meow they have small portions, mediocre food, cheaper ingredients, and it's more expensive. I'll maybe return if someone invents a time machine or they come under new management.
