I just wanted to let you know that you should check your coffee cup lids the rim had a bitter taste mix with the coffee, almost made me throw up! Everything else was good just please check the lids and make sure no one else gets sick or worse thank you.

Three employees walked by me, one said they will take your order pointing to the kitchen/back. I waited 2 other employees wandered past doing things. None offered to take my order so i left.

Heard a rumor about this place being under new ownership and thought I would give it a shot again. I ate here a while back and think I over did it. Not quite what it was back many many years ago but Covid played a toll on many business and think this one has improved. Going to start coming here more often. Just hope I don't make daily trips again and kind of burn out. Great job guys and great to see a well established place like this still around.

I first visited the Twisters of Breaking Bad fame for the novelty, I've since eaten an multiple locations. The service is always fast and good and the food is terrific.

Mona is the absolute best fast food manager in Albuquerque! Her attitude is perfect! She is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and work! She’s very professional! She maintains a clean efficient establishment! She works well with customers! She needs to be promoted! She is the only reason I eat Twisters!

Never go here at night I ordered 2 burritos just now w Xmas style got home to eat and the burritos are extremely small with literally no meat and only veggies and no chile at all ? extremely frustrated after waiting in the drive through line for 25min

This location lost it's good service when it lost it's good manager. It's such a bummer! She was there for a couple years and she was great. I enjoyed talking to her and she was super nice...I miss her. I wish I would've gotten her name during her time there... I'm better with faces than names (she was brunette with very light blue eyes and short, and had a very unique voice). Really sad now that I haven't seen her for several months, their lack of service and order checking has become very apparent. My orders are incorrect and/or cold more often than not. Won't be going back unless they change it up! Miss that manager! They need her back!!!
Last time we went to this location, they got our order completely wrong. We went this morning through drive thru and nobody went on the speaker so we thought it was broken. Therefore, we went to the window and nobody went to the window. When we drove off the girl thar was supposed to be handling drive thru was out front vaping. We will never go to this location again and will go to the one on Gibson. If you can't find good help just close this location. Wecks is across the street.

It's terrible that I live next to this place and used to go all the time the last 3 times I went have been so disappointed with their service their staff their food their Portions... We are talking about people that don't know how to run a register people that don't know how to take an order All the way around a terrible experience and I have to drive further to go to another one because of their incompetence
