Spectacular food, had the rice noodles with beef and peanuts. Asked for extra spice and they were sure to please. Found this delightful food truck at The Corral parking lot. This delicious bowl really filled me up with leftovers the next day. Thank you for the friendly service.
Umami Moto is the best food truck in Albuquerque. Jae and has crew make some tasty food. The smash burger and street noodles are my faves and the sweet potato tots are crave worthy. We’ve scheduled them for events and they are always super kind and accommodating, only adding to the positive experience for everyone.
Umami Mito was at the New Mexico United preseason match at Mesa del Sol, and I had the fried chicken sammi w/Kim chi. The chicken was amazing. Perfectly fried and the sauce was sooo good. Kim chi was a great side. Strongly recommended!
