Backstage at Revel

Been here for multiple concerts and will be coming back in a few weeks for Marilyn Manson! Food and drinks are great along with service! Our favorite venue in town!

I love Revel!! They get some great shows and you don't have to pay inflated food/drink prices like at the amphitheatre. Also, it's centrally located and parking is a breeze.

Kid-friendliness: Some shows are all ages. I've seen kids at a few and taken my daughter to a couple shows there. It's all how the child behaves and if they can hang.

First time, was pretty awesome. The event tonight was calm and peaceful. Awesome music, looking forward to my next visit!

The bartenders are not friendly and don't mix drinks properly. I love the atmosphere.

Worst time ever actually watched a guy gets thrown out with his 16 year old daughter left there unattended crappiest concert hall and staff I have ever seen

I bought tickets and flew in for the Teddy Swims concert. It was my first time at Revel. I had contacted the venue beforehand and was told to let staff know when I arrived that I need ADA seating. Upon arrival, several staff told me there was designated space upstairs and downstairs. When I got upstairs they said the only space was downstairs. The ADA seating is towards the back of the venue and being seated, people with disabilities cannot see anything. I would not recommend going to Revel. I could've continued listening to his album at home.

The venue claims to be accommodating for ADA requirements. And while they may be, it truly is not accommodating. I contacted the venue months in advance to our concert to confirm the accommodations. I was told that we would be upstairs on the balcony, that this was the designated area for ADA. But upon arriving to the venue. We were advised otherwise. The seats were set up under the balcony, nearly midway to the back of the venue. Tucked in a small corner. There was no way we would be able to see over the people standing infront of us. The "landlord" was incredibly rude and told multiple people that he was "sorry his employees don't know everything " yet multiple people were told the same information we were. He told multiple people if they weren't happy with how they could "cater" to us, that they could get a refund and leave. he even said that my mother, in a wheelchair could sit against the barricade and that he didnt care. while other venues advised this was not legally safe. The band was incredible. The venue staff and the landlord had zero disregard for their disabled guests. Very disappointed in the venue and lack of proper accommodations. I will never be returning

What an establishment, I'll say!! Attended a concert here for Blue October and what a great venue! Much better than the last place they played! Bigger square footage, way better sound system and awesome staff and security! Hope other bands come here?
