The venue claims to be accommodating for ADA requirements. And while they may be, it truly is not accommodating. I contacted the venue months in advance to our concert to confirm the accommodations. I was told that we would be upstairs on the balcony, that this was the designated area for ADA. But upon arriving to the venue. We were advised otherwise. What an establishment, I'll say!! Attended a concert here for Blue October and what a great venue! Much better than the last place they played! Bigger square footage, way better sound system and awesome staff and security! Hope other bands come here?

Kid-friendliness: Some shows are all ages. I've seen kids at a few and taken my daughter to a couple shows there. It's all how the child behaves and if they can hang.
