Usekwu West African Takeout & Food Store is an absolute gem. The food is high-quality, incredibly tasty, and bursting with authentic West African Igbo flavors that truly tantalize the palate. Every bite tasted homemade and thoughtfully prepared. What really stood out, though, were the owners. They were genuinely warm, welcoming, and took the time to talk with me about their cooking process and how Nigerian food is prepared. It honestly felt like being treated as a close friend rather than just a customer. Not sure if this is a real restaurant or a scam. Visiting Albuquerque from Canada and I saw this website when I was searching online for African food. However I called the telephone number on the website several times but no response.

I really love the food. I ordered bitter leaf soup, and it was my first time trying it. It was so good and delicious! I also love how super friendly the lady was.
Worst service ever, I called in for my order, and I was told the order will be ready in 2 hours. I got to the place only to find out my order wasn't ready after two hours. I waited another one hour plus at the place only to be told that part of my orders wasn't available (wanted beef). My beans were supposed to come with a fried plantain on the side, which I explained on the phone, and I never got my fried plantain either. Good luck to you if they ever got your order right.

This was literally the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. They literally have the wrong address on their website so it sent me to their house, then the lady gave me an address that I called them and I asked them where they’re located. They tell me they don’t know where I am The address that they sent me. The first time was 30 minutes away from the second address and 10 minutes away from the other address by this point I have been driving all day coming from El Paso. I just wanted to get some good African food. I told them that my kids were in the back sleeping. I just wanted a refund and he cussed me out so badly that I cried he is literally the worst All I want was a refund. Their customer service is literally horrible.
