I stopped by on my way to the airport bc I was visiting from out of town. I was excited about the food and it was tasty, but they forgot to include my empanada that I paid for. I messaged them on IG, and they got back to me and issued a refund. I’d definitely return whenever I am back in Albuquerque.

WOW ! if you're in Albuquerque , I would strongly suggest you explore the city through its up and coming vegan scene by sampling the amazingly tasting vegan dishes that this inviting vegan restaurant has to offer. I had the breakfast burrito and it was divine. Can't say about the food and the thoughtfulness that goes into all the dishes that are prepared by the Chef. Delicious experience !

Had the stuffed sopapillas with seitan and calabacitas and green chiles. Delicious, spicy, truly unique flavors I haven’t had anywhere else. Highly recommend!

A very special spot whose founder and chef obviously worked hard to replicate authentic food. The chile relleno was an absolute masterpiece. Have had elote versions my whole life but never as amazing as theirs. And don’t be afraid of the magic they did to tofu. If you know you know.

Normally when I look over a menu I find things that sound good, but rarely do I find something which gets me as excited as the Sandia Burrito here. I use sweet potatoes for all kinds of things so this dish got my full attention and I was very very happy with my choice.
I also spoiled myself to some conchas, they were also pretty great! The staff was fun to chat with and even gave me some tips on ordering from their "secret menu" next time, like the Nobody Calls Me Chicken with a concha bun. Definitely looking forward to trying that the next time I pass through. 🤤

We ordered from a delivery service and our order was perfect. I had the chili relleno and it was awesome!! I will definitely order this again! My hubby enjoyed the po’boy and didn’t say a word while eating, that’s a good sign!! The side of corn that was wonderful!!
Finally, an amazing vegan option in New Mexico!!!!! Consistently provides damn damn damn good food. They get it right. If I lived closer I would go every day.

I chose for my first meal, "Nobody Call Me Chicken Sandwich" (just off the name,lol)with the Golden Goddess sauce. Delicious meal, and fast service. I would recommend this Vegan restaurant.
