Wow! This place has some amazing food. The vaqueros were amazing with biscuits. Staff was super friendly and helped make the decisions between chips and biscuits. They are home made biscuits and normally sell out so get you some. ?

Swing by Vic's Daily Cafe after a long journey of 5 hours, Erica was so helpful and is one of the most attentive waitresses I've ever encountered. She was always checking up on me, making sure everything was well. She recommended that I believe Vaqueros with red and green sauce with a few delicious cups of coffee a long with a cup of water to cool down the start of a sunny day. I asked for 3 tortillas to accompany my meal, and this was probably the best breakfast I have had in the state of New Mexico. Every flavor was vivd and fresh and delicious. You can taste every ingredient, not to mention the HUGE portion. If you swing by the ABQ, and you're starving, stop by, say, "Hi" to Erika, and let her take care of you.

Great dishes, no bad choice. Portions are large. I love to get chicken fried chicken or chicken fried steak. Always busy. If you are in the area and looking for breakfast or lunch. don't pass up.
Parking: Parking lot available. Spots are limited. Will need to park in surrounding businesses during the weekend because they get busy.

The kind of breakfast joint that is no longer as common as it used to be. Family-owned, friendly service, pleasant atmosphere, and food that tastes like something one prepares at home. The prices have gone up but still somewhat reasonable. A great place to grab a hearty meal.

Walked in and hostess leaving on menus. I stood waiting for eye contact, she did not look my way. Ignoring me. A man came in after us walked up to her and asked for two seats. She got two menus and went to go seat him, when he noticed us. He asked if he had cut in line. I said yes. He was very polite and insisted we go ahead and get seated. So we did. The breakfast was okay. The server was okay. The coffee was okay. The hostess was bad.

I can’t find a better breakfast burrito anywhere in NM. Hands down the best! The never ending coffee and excellent service are a huge plus. Be sure to grab a handmade strudel to go!

I had the Andy's breakfast burrito with Carne adavada. It was more than I could eat in one sitting. It was awesome, the Carne adavada had a great flavor, the scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection. Our waitress was very attentitive and anticipated our needs. Highly recommend this place!

The staff was very friendly and We got seated in a timely manner but the chile wasn't that great. We ordered what was supposed to be fry bread huevos ranchero and the "fry bread" was pretty much pizza dough. It even smelled like a pizza. We added bacon to our meal and got diced smoked ham that was not that great. The smoky flavor was over powering. Overall it wasn't a bad experience but just not what we expected. Not worth the hype. Maybe I will try a burger next time
