Great store, super helpful staff with all the questions I’ve had. Been multiple times picking up ingredients, grain, yeast, hops, even spare parts like o-rings.

They even have a rewards system for frequent buyers

WHAT AN AWESOME PLACE!! I can come in with just about any question and get a direct answer. They support all fermentation methods from kombucha to cheese to beer and wine. I always get exactly the help I need.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner my first time there. Being completely new at all grain brewing, he was extremely helpful in getting the right ingredients I needed. If he didn't have the exact ingredient, he would provide and explain an alternative that would match what I was trying to make. Also, they do a solid job of grinding the grains properly and explaining why it's crucial to a brew. Thanks so much for all of your help and guidance. I'll be back again for my next batch recipe.

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Super friendly staff with all kinds of cool brewing accessories from citric acid, yeast, and hops to airlocks, grains, and fermenters. They even introduced us to our new favorite food-safe sanitizer, StarSan, which is so much better than ethanol and chlorine.

Victor's is my one-stop-shop for ANYTHING fermentation to include ciders, wines, meads, beers of ALL kinds, seltzer, sourdough starters, and many more things. Randy is such a nice and helpful guy. He has really helped me tremendously with brewing and I've already learned so much from him. I will always recommend this place to everyone who I know in Abq who is interested in brewing. Such a phenomenal place with even better people!! If I could rate this place higher than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. Also, I have NEVER been given anything out of date product wise. Everything I've bought has been super fresh, which is fantastic!

I won't be going back. On December 5th, I purchased Wyeast Belgian Witbeer yeast. I didn't even look at the best by date, because I've never had an issue with that at any beer supply store before. The next week I went to start my yeast starter, and discovered the best by date was September 16, 2022. When they sold it to me it had expired 3-months before! Not cool.
