The service is friendly and the food is good. Coffee is always hot when served and for myself I appreciate the humor from the manager and servers when I visit. The Juan Tabo location is where I dine at usually when I choose Village Inn.

Coffee was warm not hot. Sausage was raw, I sent it back to be cooked. The whole time here, the manager sat at a booth with 2 elderly ladies. The waitress never addressed the manager about my food. And she was M.I.A most of the time.

Having to spend an unplanned week in Albuquerque due to a car accident, The Village Inn made our stay bearable. The manager, Brad, and several of our servers, Lilly, Michael, Kassandra, Samantha and another wonderful assistant mgr. whose name I did not get, all went above and beyond each morning and evening that we were there for breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious, we tried several different menu items and a piece of pie to take back to our hotel room a couple of evenings truly helped to make a miserable week a more bearable. Thank you all so much for everything you did for us! If you are traveling on the 10 fwy through Albequerque, I recommend a stop at The Village Inn on Juan Tabo Blvd. This restaurant and it's employees really make you feel at home and you can't go wrong with any choice on their menu!!

Great Breakfast Skillets! Great service! After being in Albuquerque for a week the two best meals I've had have been at Village Inn. I'm not sure what that says about my restaurant experiences in Albuquerque, but I had two great experiences here.

My wife and I have not been here in a while. Considering the time of evening it was slow service. I ordered a French dip roast beef. Which was a small amount of beef. I received it cold alongside with the Asue. My wife had a Ruben sandwich and was also small in portion. The sandwich was also cold. We both stated that we should have eaten at Denny's down the street.

Every time we go here someone is getting fired or quitting and I'm going hungry. A few months ago it was a cook and after an hour with no food a manager came and apologized.

I ordered eggs benedict and asked for the eggs to be soft poached, my eggs arrived with fully cooked hard yolks and the hollandaise sauce was bone cold. what a bummer as i have a tight schedule thus no time to send it back, oh well, lesson learned the waitress was friendly yet the wait for my food to arrive was longer than I expected was necessary, so maybe the waitress was busy with other things and left my eggs sitting under the pick up counter in the kitchen for too long

I like this place. Went yesterday may, 27, and really enjoyed my meal. My mom didn't enjoy her rye toast, it had very little flavor. But my sister and I both liked our meals. Fast service, good staff.

The staff is always friendly and the food delicious. Today it was the triple play: 3 over-med eggs (cooked perfectly), 3 strips of bacon & 3 slices French toast. It was heaven.
Usually VI is a good place to go, but I however, I this visit was awful! The waiter brought my pancakes but no butter...I asked him to please bring me some butter...and was promptly ignored while he waited on other patrons! My friend asked another waitress to get it which she did right away. In the meantime my pancakes were getting cold. When I went to pay the bill I was asked how my visit was. I did receive a discount on the bill and the person that rang me up said that she would address the issues I experienced with the server right away.

Food is good but it was not warm or cold. It was like it had been sitting there for about 10 minutes after they were done cooking. And when I came there was no one there then 2 more groups came in after me and they sit both those groups next to me. Like that doesn't make sense ? The whole place in open and you sit people by me? But other than that the food was good

The service is slow. There always seems to be a wait in either getting seated, served or both... BUT every server is very friendly and you almost don't mind the wait. The food is fair to good with breakfast meals probably being my favorite. The pies are delicious!

It took 45 minutes to get a glass of tea. Then she brought the wrong food. And I don't need part of it I mean all of it. But we went to check out we told the manager that his pies in the display case but completely covered in mold, he laughed and said he better take those down. If I had seen that on the way in I would not have stayed. And I have not been back since. I'm not one to complain about restaurants. That's a food the service everything was really bad. And all I can do is always and I mean always blame management.
